Neither job was finished. He asked for half the agreed payment after 2 days of work to fix his truck and then again 2 days later to give his lady a good Mother's Day. I didn't want to pay him until his job was done. He started on a Sunday and said he would be finished by next Monday so I scheduled my carpeting and appliances accordingly. He wasn't anywhere near finished. My husband and I asked him to start with the tile, he chose to start with laminate. He made mistakes and then tried to cover them up with caulk, or blame my paint guy. And finally after wasting 5 days on repairing his own mistakes and rescheduling my deliveries and installations twice, we both agreed to terminate our business arrangement. But not before he thought he should've been paid for all the laminate work, which he didn't finish, and part tile work, which he finally agreed that he shouldnt be paid for, and threatening to put my house on a lien which he thinks means I wouldn't have been able to do anymore work on it until he was paid (so he doesn't understand how that really works). He finally named a price I could begrudgingly agree with and I paid it immediately if not only to be rid of him. Now a week later, after hiring Eric Herrera Tile, my floors are almost done and beautiful. They've repaired his damage and even cleaned up the mess he left behind. If you want someone asking you for money they hadn't yet earned while chain smoking on your property leaving cigarette butts on your new furniture and blaming other's for his mistakes instead of admitting he took on a job he didn't have the tools or skill to do, then hire this guy. If you want the job done right, go to angies list.

Because it's an exterior door, it has to be fiberglass door because steel door will conduct temperature from outside. Hot out hot in and cold out cold in. No lying.
