Freddie was prompt on every appointment and respected deadlines. The installer was extra critical of his work and took pride in making a difficult project look absolutely perfect. I had to go by there place of business (don't try to call, they never call back) several times to check on where I was on there list. Early March I was told I was fourth in line, but when I checked in again at the end of April they discovered my paperwork was misplaced. I tried again last Friday, spoke to a girl, she said she would have someone call me. NOPE! Stopped by two more times. FINALLY, the manager calls me this morning. Just to inform me, THEY ARE NO LONGER TAKING NEW BUSINESS AT THIS TIME! I've been waiting since Jan 11 (the date is on my estimate paperwork!) The owner has informed his staff to notify me they are not going to give me an estimate nor repair my window. I am to find someone else!!

No response. Called them again a few days later and was told my information was on someone's desk and they would call me to arrange to come out to see the job and give me an estimate. Again nothing. If they blow people off for small jobs like fixing a broken window why would I consider them for large jobs like upgrading all my windows at my home or glass jobs at my business?

For MONTHS our family has tried to get these people to come back & complete the work they did. We've scheduled & was promised MULTIPLE dates & times for their employees to arrive...however on ALL occasions, no one has showed, without even a phone call. Terrible customer service. You will have nothing but problems, excuses, sick staff, can't find paperwork, found the paperwork, glass is in the warehouse, can't find the glass, have the glass on the truck, don't have the glass on the truck, glass is ready to deliver, nope it's not, oh! Yes it is, nope...not again, glass is scratched, have to reorder, it'll be a couple of days, can't get the glass, don't know when you'll get glass....and on and on. It is now June 2020. We had it measured in January. Still no shower glass. Last item to complete so our family can finally move back into our house after Hurricane Michael and we're absolutely stuck. They won't call back, won't answer phone calls. We live in Lynn Haven. Wanted to give Lynn Haven businesses our work. Boy did that ever backfire. Finally found a glass company in Destin that will come out and give it a shot but we're now months behind. They are absolutely the worst customer driven business I've ever encountered....ever! And I'm pretty long in the tooth. How they stay in business is beyond me. They don't care one lick about you or your business. Let me repeat that. They don't care about you or your business.
