They inject children with needles that have been used to draw various vaccinations and refuse to change the needles because of costs. They are constantly short staffed and the staff that works there are rude and make you feel uncomfortable. Dr Barakat is great as a medical professional but not with running a business. They cannot hold staff members because of crappy pay, hours, and other dirty practices.

My children feel comfortable with her which is great for my 6yr old. She listens to me & my children's questions or concerns & provides us with her expertise or just general life experiences. It's safe to that it feels like she genuinely cares. I've been able to get appointments as soon as I need them. Appointments are carefully taken - for example: my newborn has never had to sit in an office full of sick children. She's always been the only one in the office or maybe one other kid in another room. Never in the waiting area. Wait time is only a few minutes. The receptionist Melanie (hope I spelled her name right), is super sweet & is always happy to answer a call or question. She's super helpful. This is so refreshing! The office is clean & minimal. I appreciate this since I get anxiety when there's clutter or more surfaces for germs to linger. I 100% recommend this office, but, I do hope it stays quiet since I selfishly appreciate not having a waiting area jam packed with sick children.

Especially Susie. I literally walk up to the check in counter and stand there for minutes, with no smile, greeting, or even a "I'll be right with you." You just stand there and wait, while she types a chart. And she ignores you. This has happened to me multiple times. God forbid I need to update my insurance info or have a billing question, you'll really upset her. It was better when there was a sign in sheet so I didn't have to interact with her. The nurses and other technicians are all wonderful. They are kind and caring. So, take this review of what it's worth. The front reception staff is the face of the business. They fail in that area. The other areas are good. I think I'll switch to Marlboro. If they have the same issue then I'll find another allergist. Too many businesses undervalue the idea of decent service. I'm not talking about exceeding expectations, which any business should strive to do, but rather they fail at even being mediocre in this area. If you want patients who happy and continue to frequent you r office, then you should smile once in a while and don't act like you are being bothered by helping me.

Well today I get a call from an unknown number, I answered it and it was the dental office (weird they're calling me off an unknown number instead of their office but whatever)...she was calling about an upcoming appointment for my son but I let her know I was gna cancel it cuz they no longer take our insurance and that I now go to a different office. So after canceling the appointment she asked about the remaining balance and I let her know I was told I was getting a bill and I never received it...she then told me that she sent it herself so again I told her I didn't receive it and to send it again. She asked if I can pay over the phone and I let her know that I wasn't comfortable doing that (with all the card theft) and I can do it with the paper bill. She ended up getting a huge attitude about that and told me it was my fault that I didn't bother to check if my dental insurance was still in network with them and I told her that it was also their responsibility as well to let me know if they weren't taking it anymore and she laughed at me and hung up...so I got angry and looked up their dental office number so I called and she answered so I asked if this was the same lady that I just spoke to and she said yes and laughed and hung up again....so I called 11 more times (they didn't answer either calls)...12th call she finally answers and I'm asking her name so I can report her for how unprofessional she was...she said her name was kaci (with a k she said) and then proceeded to call me trash and making fun of me for not having a job lol ( i then told her that i don't have to work) and she kept calling me trash and was telling me she gets off at 5 so i can meet her out the office. She then says that she's the OWNER of the dental office! I don't recommend this place. This place is ass!!!!
