Sea Construction demanded a $16,000 down payment to build a 230" long wall X 6" high. They used an…read moreExcavator which broke a water line between my house and barn, it costed me $4,400 to repair, they refused to pay for it. The footer is not level, therefore the wall is 1/2 a foot higher on one end than on the other. The job was very poorly planned, resourced and executed. The owner clearly bit off more than he could chew. Builders used wood in an attempt to shore up the gap between the West and East side of the wall. They treated my property like a dumping ground leaving cigarette buts, packages, soda cans and food wrappers each day they came. When I politely asked them to use my trash can, they were offended. The owner removed the crew to put them on a different job, no doubt paid them with my down payment money, and abandoned my job for over three weeks. I threatened to sue him and only then he returned and had begun to build the wall again by his self (No Crew). At this point in time his quality of work was so poor I ran him off. He became so angry that he poured wet cement on my lawn, dumped crumbled hardened cement on my rock way leading to my driveway and took my sand that I had paid for. This company has no business ethics, no integrity and no customer care whatsoever so ever. I advise anyone to pass on SEA construction. They are a very bad company to do business with. Don't be their next victim.

During the repair my irrigation system was damaged and started leaking. Kevin and his team came out and stayed well into the night to get problem fixed and my water back on even after fighting off ants, mosquitos, and multiple trips for parts. After the repair was completed we got several nails in our shoes because there were so many left in our yard. They trimmed the trees so they wouldn't touch the roof but left all the branches in our yard and left some touching the roof. The project manager was pretty good about following up to fix these mistakes, and seemed genuine about fixing the issues. They sent a person to fix the stains on the ceiling from the leaking caused by them but he was a little rude when entering our house. Saying, "Finally answered the door huh". The project manager Drew did come by himself and pick and trim the rest of the tree branches but we still found a lot in the yard. Honestly Drew was great but the overall experience from this company was pretty bad. I had to go and buy a metal detector to get nails out of our yard after they said they came by and cleaned up two or three times, If I was rating Drew I'd give this a 4 out of 5 stars but the company I'll give 3 starts. Too many mistakes with too many follow ups and unfinished tasks. And after all the follow up work Drew did I want to rate it higher but can't bring my conscience to give a good rating. A review is so others can go to a place with confidence and I can't recommend this company with confidence.

He was very timely, kept us updated by sending us pictures at the end of the day, and let us know what the plan was for the next day. They moved all our furniture out of the way with care and covered it to protect from all the dust from the tile tear-up/removal in our kitchen, foyer, and bar area. After the install, they moved all the furniture back exactly where we had it before and cleaned up well after themselves. They also finished on time, exactly when William said they would. Chris is always early to arrive,  Returns calls, and answers the phone.  Save your time and money and receive some honest and professional work.
