Dr. Gloria Sanders actually took the time to explain how my body is working and why I have the pain. Then she explained how they were going to help me heal. So with the help of therapy staff, Joann, Cathy and Melonie, I am back to walking normally again and can walk more than a block or two! I called to get my medical records, the voice recording before they answer even states you can stop in the office between 8:30 AM-12 PM. I was calling to confirm that before I drove an hour and a half ONE WAY. However, I finally got a call back and the receptionist was anything but pleasant. She acted as if it was an issue that I wanted MY medical records. She stated that they no longer keep them at the office at all despite the voicemail and that Onslow Memorial Hospital has them and hung up on me. I got in contact with OMH, they said they don't even have the program technology rolled out yet for that program to even begin, therefore The Womens Clinic still has them. I left a voicemail on Monday, it's now Thursday. I have received zero call back. Lack of professionalism AND the withholding of medical records is absurd to me.
