The place was so peaceful and the foot detox made me feel SO good afterwards. I went in feeling tired, in pain, and kinda down. After the session, I felt rejuvenated, awake and honestly in less pain. I think this may be my new favorite thing. You sit in this comfy room and put your feet in a copper bowl and it uses electric current to detox your meridians of toxins and nasties. For someone like me who lives a pretty "clean" lifestyle- I can't imagine how much it would help people who use a lot of chemicals. The water turned a nasty orange color and it was cool. Just sharing this so you can try it out! I her morning from this other than sharing a great experience. This was my first visit to the new location. I thought it was absolutely beautiful, relaxing and one of the most relaxing spas in the area. It was very clean, smelled wonderful and the lighting was great. The girl who worked there was so friendly, too'

They also offer classes on nutrition, pick-up of Green Lean & Clean meals, massage therapy, thermal imaging/thermography, and foot baths. Some interesting spices were Mediterranean, probiotic sea salt, and tiger butter (chocolate or original) made with tiger nuts and coconut oil.  Some of the baby products include nipple butter, wash, lotion, diaper balm nose and cheek balm, belly butter, and teething rings. Restoration Hemp contains decarboxylated hemp extract with greater than 90% of the cannabinoids as bioavailable CBD. It is meant to help ease pain. There are different flavors using essential oils, such as lemon and orange. A 5ml bottle has 400 mg CBD, with 2mg CBD per drop. A bigger size is available. It came with instructions on how to use. Green Lean & Clean prepares food fresh, on the day of. They have different size options (4oz, 6oz, 8oz, 10oz) and use equal portions of a vegetable, protein, and a starch. They use 95% lean ground beef, 97% lean ground turkey, and have vegetarian options. They had samples to try on the grand opening day: steamed cabbage with chipotle sea salt, asparagus with siracha sea salt, chicken with bell peppers and a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, Buffalo beef, Sweet potato allspice cinnamon , and basmati rice. All were tasty, but I definitely could have used hot sauce. Massage therapies offered are aromatherapy, deep tissue, hot stone, sports massage, swedish, trigger point, prenatal, and table thigh massage. Pricing is $70 for 60 minutes and $100 for 90 minutes. Hot stone is a little more, $15 extra. Never heard of Thermography until now. It is a non-invasive FDA approved imaging procedure (no radiation) that looks at changes in the breast and body. It's a way to detect abnormalities earlier than what x-rays, CT scans, and ultrasounds would catch. The initial breast scan is $170, which takes images of the breast, under arm lymphatic region, and upper back. The 3-month follow-up breast scan is $150. You can also look at images of just one region such as a face, legs, abdomen ($170). A woman's health screening or two regions is $270, three regions is $325, and four+ regions are $375. Prices for items/supplements are a little more expensive but still reasonable. They say that if there is something you can't find then they might be able to order it for you. This can be a good place to find items or gifts for the health-conscious person.

He was adamite that the pain I feel from a "small" growth under my skin on my neck against my spine is not real and repeatedly told me he would have to "fish for it" once he went in. He also stated that he would BOLD TYPE in the report that this will not fix my issue or give any relief. The crazy thing is that I never felt this pressure before in that area until about 6 months ago when the growth appeared to start. How does he know for sure?? I am glad that he gave me his educated guess that this would not work. Maybe this is why this type of industry refers to these offices as a practice as it is not always 100% perfect???? Just my two cents.

While I understand that many businesses have cancellation policies, this was never disclosed to me at the time of booking. There was no clear mention--verbally or otherwise--that I would be charged the full cost of the visit if I did not show up. Only after the charge was processed was I informed that this is part of their policy. Transparency is critical in any service-based business, especially when it involves significant fees. Failing to communicate such an important policy upfront is unacceptable and misleading. In addition, the way the situation was handled reflected poorly on the business. The staff came across as inexperienced and lacking professionalism. Instead of addressing the concern in a clear and customer-focused manner, the interaction felt dismissive and unstructured. Overall, this experience left a negative impression. Clear communication, accountability, and professional conduct are essential, and unfortunately, those standards were not met here. Better off looking into other well established spas in the area

My experiences at 20 Orange are on par with spa experiences I have had at high-end spas all over the world. I really like this place and think it is the best spa in town! Location: they are located right in the heart of downtown Wilmington between Front St and the river walk. Their facility is really high-end and if not the nicest Pricing: they add the gratuity into the price of the massage, so you don't have to deal with tipping. Everything is included in the price of the service. Also, they provide tokens for parking,so no worrying about time on a meter! Facial: They do a facial designed for men where you get to choose the treatments you want. It is basically a prix fixe menu that you pick a treatment from 3 separate categories (exfoliant, mask & massage). I added a picture of the facial menu. Hannah did my facial and it was awesome! Sauna & Cold plunge: they have this large private room that you have all to yourself with both an infrared sauna and cold plunge. I loved the transition from the sauna to the plunge. It left me feeling rejuvenated and alleviated chronic pain and soreness from working out. Massage: I did a 90 minute deep tissue massage with JC. What a great massage, Jc knows what she is doing! And is a deep tissue master

When the humidity is heavy my skin really struggles. When my skin struggles my stress heightens. When my stress heightens my skin struggles... You see my issue? I had been on a long journey of research, detoxification strategies, and product trial and error to try and fix my epidermal reaction to Wilmington's humid and chemically unbalance environment. I'm pretty well versed in the world of holistic nutrition, hormonal balance, and natural remedies both tangibly and ingestible. I decided to explore Wilmington's knowledge on the subject and see if West Meadow Spa could help me find a solution I had yet to experience. After a very pleasant phone call with the front desk representative, who really made the spa and esthetician seem like a trip to cloud 9, I booked my facial a week in advance and built up my expectations for the visit! She asked me to come a few minutes early to sign some paperwork but my facial was at opening time so when I arrived I waited about 10 minutes for someone to come open the door. I thought it was a little strange for them to ask to come early, for them to be inside the building and see me outside and not open the doors until the clock struck opening time. Oh well! The inside was beautiful with tons of natural products for sale, water and tea options and a cute little lounge area to relax in while waiting. I quickly signed the papers and waited about 5 minutes for the esthetician to bring me in the room. I had received such amazing recommendations about this gal before visiting but upon meeting and consulting with her my high expectations were not met. Everyone has their bad days and it could have been that kind of situation, but in my experience I felt her to be very judgmental and not as well educated as she had been led on to be. She would ask me general prep questions then not have any response to my answers, just going on to the next question. I told her all the things I've tried, things I've researched, conditions I've had in the past etc and at the end of the day she had not one suggestion for me other than to buy the tea they had in shop from a local vendor (which she applied to my face at the beginning of the facial which smelled awesome). Throughout the facial she would give me ask me questions, quietly ponder a response to me answer then in an odd tone say she just didn't know the best way to go about that. It was really strange to me! Any who, the facial was refreshing, as they always are, but did absolutely nothing for my skin that day or in the future. She didn't suggest any helpful products or methods of cleaning, exfoliating, nourishing, etc. Though she did suggest I come back for a belly heating service which is basically a heating pad on your gut, ovaries, etc. that helps balance and calm everything going on down there, especially inflammation. This is a pretty cool service, especially for those who actually have serious ovarian and gut concerns, and I don't know anyone else in town that does this unique practice. However it was not really relevant to me and way out of my price range. At the end of the day I spent almost $50 for a semi cleansing/calming facial and learned something new about heat therapy. I really don't want to hurt their business, and the front desk gal was the sweetest thing on this planet (review would have been 2 stars without her involvement), but I really can't see myself recommending West Meadow's facial services to anyone based off this experience.
