I wasted so much money between the uber rides, the hospital, and tests, when that could have been all avoided had a doctor just seen me at the urgent care for two minutes and done his or her job! The front desk staff was wrong as well for their lack of empathy and patient care. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!

She spoke to no one at the insurance company. She used the automated system. We were told that we would have to play $190 or else we would be turned away. Is this the way someone with a life-threatening issue is treated? This place is, if it's possible, worse than disgraceful.
