This review is for the Ocean City office. The office is open at 8am, despite the 9am listing on Yelp and Quality Eye Center website. 1. Last minute (semi-urgent) appointment for ongoing eye issue no problem (granted this is early post-season) 2. Staff was very friendly and helpful (if not a bit overwhelmed) 3. Dr Miller was fantastic. Friendly and assertive - **and very patient** - walked through every step and even pulled up images to show what he was seeing His prognosis was astute and thoughtful, and prescription clear and thorough. (clearly someone who has "seen" it all) Although the medication was the same, the course of treatment was slightly different and (IMHO) more considered toward a solution. While on vacation this week I stepped on my glasses and messed them up pretty bad. I called OC Vision Center to see if there was a possibility to fix them up temporarily so I could at least wear them until I got home. The doctor answered by saying that he would be there until 2 stop in anytime. Well not only did he work on them but when I put them on they feel like new. I offered to pay for his time but he would not take anything and,he said, if I had any problems with them just stop in. Wow!!! read more

I went to Dr. Mullen for a routine check-up. She was great and very nice, but everything was very slow. My appointment was at 2 and i didn't get called back until 2:40. Once I got my eyes dilated, I was sent back to the waiting room while another patient was called back. I didn't end up leaving until 4. The receptionist was mainly to blame here and even had to get called back inside because she was taking to long of a break. read more

Stopped in today to see if they could tighten my glasses as were stretched a bit and falling off my face. I am a seasonal resident but didn't purchase the glasses from them so no need for them to take the risk of adjusting them. Without hesitation they adjusted the frames and made them fit better than new. Wonderful customer service and will be the next place I go when I need a new pair. Odd that no reviews on Yelp for them as I can't be the only person impressed with their customer service. read more

Friendly atmosphere. You'd want to come back and make this your go to place. The people that work on there are awesome. They're beyond friendly. Never mean. If you ask them a question about anything they'll try their best to answer. You could ask where the nearest place to get pizza is or to get Chinese food, they most likely will know. read more

Very Dirty Office....No one there to greet me for quite a while when I arrived then a nasty older woman receptionist who tried to keep me from seeing doctor whom I had appointment with because I wouldn't give her my social security number. ( if their file system is as outdated as their office and glasses selection I don't want my SS hanging around in that front room where it's left unattended )...she made me wait and had to call their main office who corrected her.( no apology from her, just a nasty look.
