The individuals with whom we have spoken, I assume are representing this business, have been unhelpful, rude and uncooperative. The most recent problem was that an entire load of our sheets, pillowcases and towels went missing and no one will take responsibility. We have severed our business relationship and instructed our Treasurer to no longer permit this business to charge services to our corporate credit card account. I saw many reviews and the overall good ratings of Soap Bubble, so I gave it a shot. I stopped around 3:30PM on a Sunday and expected it to be fairly busy - which it was. But they had enough washing and drying machines that this was not an issue for a spontaneous stop. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked. The laundry supply dispenser was mostly vacant, there's no WiFi that was readily apparent (despite the large sign in the window, which also advertises the [non-working] ATM). But: it does have a restroom and provides nifty cups for your quarters (but you'll have to go somewhere else to get cash before you can get change!). The change machine works! A coat of paint and some 21st century tech would make this a place I come back to. Otherwise: nope. For washing machines, there are several options: 20lbs, 30lbs, 40lbs, 60lbs, and 80lbs. The machines have 9 different modes with various temperatures. Washers and dryers all have card readers, which is nice . It is 24 hours a day, and there is a counter and people who work here, however it is not manned 24 hours. The lady I've interacted with has been very helpful. The first time I came I was trying to figure out how to set up the dryer and she came over and explained it to me. And I've seen her assist many others as well. There are two vending machines, one with snacks and one with drinks. There are two TVs with cable, one in each end of the facility. And the place is stocked with one public bathroom. The place isn't always super clean, especially the floors. Trash bins have been full or near full most of the time when I come here. But they do clean, they just can't keep up with the demands. It does get really busy and quite crowded on weekends, something to keep in mind. I would show up around 0700 or 08 at the latest to avoid the crowd. During the week it's much slower.
