Their scheduler Kelly knew what the repair experts were doing and was able to find someone to come over and fix the problem. The technician solved the problem with my garage door and then managed to fix some small issues with it that I'd been ignoring. For example, the door squeaked and creeped when it opened and closed, so he made some adjustments and it's now quieter than ever. He even replaced a burned out bulb in the door opener mount. Overall, two thumbs up.

We live on the edge of a conservation (as in swampy wetlands) and three of our trees fell down in the backyard. One even landed on the side of the porch. We tried contacting the county. That didn't work. We tried contacting the HOA. Huge setbacks there. At the end of the day, we just really wanted our backyard back. I posted on Facebook asking for recommendations and one of my coworkers mentioned Lion's Help. I sure am glad she did! Just so you know, I googled tree services Orlando to get another quote. The guy who came over spent less than three minutes assessing the damage and immediately sent over a quote for about three times as much as Lion's Help. It was like he didn't even care. Meanwhile, Lion's Help actually took the time to talk to me and my husband (after hours!). He promised me by the end of the day, I wouldn't even be able to tell that these trees were down in my backyard. Well, they just came by today, and I literally can't tell the difference pre-Matthew. I'm not the kind of person who posts reviews even though I pretty much rely upon them for online shopping. Kyle said he would swing by in the afternooon that day and he showed up after an obvious tough days work.. He looked at the tree, gave me a price and said he would cut it immediately. He came out same day, gave me an estimate to clean up my overgrown yard. He gave ideas for landscaping and scheduled a day to come clean it up within the week. He was very reasonably priced and was careful to keep the cost down since I am just fixing up to sell. He came out on a day that I wasn't even home and did everything exactly like we had discussed. The house looks so good I almost don't want to sell it! He also called immediately after I got home to be sure I was happy with the work. Will continue to use him for maintenance. Ryan easily accommodated a mid-job request to add the removal of an additional limb. The site was left clean, neat & free of debris. I had an Aborist determine the cost of the damage and it was starting at a minimum of $30,000. I have sent a demand notice to them for Compensation and they rejected the certified letter. They claim to have insurance but have not filed a claim. They have been avoiding us. So at some point now we will have to take legal action to collect for damages. We are retired, and rely on the fruit trees we have on our property. We sell the fruit (organic avg. $2.50 ea.) This helps pay taxes and other expenses. If I was looking for a tree service, I would read my complaint a couple times before you hire anyone. Take this all in for consideration.
