I met with Alison once when Brandon was out and she was excellent. Their Regions pharmacy is always stocked with my prescription needs and offer delivery which is unheard of. Got nothing but great things to say about this place and would recommend anybody seeking specialized care in this field to go. Unfortunately, I don't think Dr. Stutz has any more slots to take on more patients (reflection of how great he is) but I'm confident the other practitioners there will work all day to address what keeps you up at night.

Not only did the office staff say they never heard of that program, they didn't seem to be curious to learn about it or care that I might not get my medication. My request to speak with the office manager was ignored as were messages left on her answering machine. At this point I will be contacting the Insurance commissioner to help me get through to them and get my medication.

Under the CARES Act and California SB 510, insurers are required to reimburse COVID-related services at posted cash rates. Also, Rume's document itself says: "With insurance information, these services were 'no cost to patients' as insurance payers were required to cover medical procedures associated with Covid-19, even from non-contracted providers." That's Rume's own statement contradicting the bill.. what a crappy company. I have creditors now calling me constantly. I will get this fixed but please stay away from this horrible company! I talked to their Director of Operations, David. Who patiently took the time to listen to me and understand my circumstance. He offered to work with me and my financial situation, and let me stay there while I worked at my job full time. They allowed me to tour the house late after work at 9pm. I ended up staying for over an hour and just talked life with one of the managers. I decided I was in the right place. The following 4 months had allowed me to focus on my sobriety, and relearn how to operate as a roommate. It truly taught me to be a sober adult again. And now I am back home with my wife in good graces. For anyone that is truly desperate for a better, sober life, and needs a place to challenge that in yourself, this place is a perfect place to do that. The staff welcomed me with open arms. I was feeling anxious, depressed, hopeless, helpless. When I arrived the BHT team were always making sure well taken care of and feeling supported. The attending doctor evaluated me and made the necessary changes and by the first third of my stay I was feeling better than when I arrived. The nurses were fantastic, always checking on me. The supervisors made my stay feel comfortable and pleasant. What I appreciated the most was how attentive and responsive were the medical staff.
