    4 full marathons 2 years post L5 S1 microdisectomy
    Luat L.

Thank you Dr Binder and staffs for everything. I had the operation done in June 2023 with Dr Binder due to atrophy of right calf muscles. 2 years later I finished 4 full major marathons including Boston Marathon in last April. Thanks again for the opportunity to be active again Dr Binder.

Take a look at the Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion work that Dr. Binder did for me. When Dr. Binder looked at my scans, said "This is Routine work for me". I was walking 24 hours WITHOUT the aid of any Walker/Cane. I cannot thank Dr Binder enough, nor his wonderful Staff that helped me all the way from urgent pre-surgery appointments to follow-up care. I remind you, I was walking 24 hours after surgery - and I turn 70 years old this year. NO ONE compares to B.E.S.T. Center!

Dr. Devin Binder and his staff are the best.

I'm a huge fan of Dr. Binder and his awesome staff. The took all my calls and always got me the anwsers I needed. They took care of my Mothers back years ago so I went to see him too, He then fixed my lower back and just recently, he just replaced 2 disks in my neck that I had from an old injury (it was bad) that caught up to me. I felt so good after the surgery, I got to go home the same day. I have no idea why anyone wouldn't give him any less than 5 stars. The guy is really top notch, very thorough and he really cares.

So tomorrow will be two weeks since my microdiscectomy with Dr. Binder and I couldn't be happier with how everything has gone. The entire staff has been very helpful and responsive via phone and their email portal. If you need a neurosurgeon, Dr. Binder is AMAZING in my book. When I made my appointment, I was given a slot about a month later. Since I was in considerable pain, the receptionist had me send my MRI for Dr. Binder to review to see if it was an urgent matter. The next business day, the office called asking me to come in the following morning. Dr. Binder was very kind and understanding and allowed me to record our appointment because I was alone and afraid I'd miss something. He explained why I was in such terrible pain and gave me two options... I chose the surgical route ASAP to avoid any permanent nerve damage and Dr. Binder said they'd schedule it as a top priority. With insurance and everything it was still another 3 week wait. Now it's finally done and I can walk! I get to return to yoga very soon! I'm soooo happy!!! If you're in need of a microdisectomy, don't wait until you have permanent damage.... just do it and you'll be able to get back to living life ASAP. Sure, it's scary... but you'll be in good hands.

BEWARE!! DO NOT GO HERE! MY FRIEND ALMOST DIED!…read moreOn June 27th, I took my friend to go have a breast reduction and her tummy and legs fixed. The second we walked in, something just didn't feel right. My friend felt it too but she figured it was just nerves. She went to use the restroom, there were no paper towels. The receptionist told my friend that the cleaning lady was on her way! I was confused cause isn't your facility supposed to be CLEAN BEF0RE patients enter? Then they take us back to the room, tell my friend to get undressed. My friend noticed that it had not been cleaned from the patient before her and had to tell the receptionist! It was unclean and unsanitary! She asked to see the surgery room, she said it was very clean like at a hospital so that put her mind at ease and she decided to go through with it. While we were waiting in the room, we overheard a phone call between one of the doctors. He was asking another doctor to come in and help him but we weren't sure if they were talking about my friend or another patient. Come to find out later, that the doctor NEVER informed my friend that they were going to be switching doctors on her!!! She was under the impression that it was going to be a team of 3 doctors working on her. Well it was only 2. And had a doctor work on her that she has never even met before! We were waiting forever then the main doctor comes in the room, and he looks at me and tells me I need to get out cause he needs to draw on my friend! Then makes a remark on how skinny I am! I thought he was extremely rude and cold. I leave, they call me 6 hours later. They told me that her surgery went well and she is recovering just fine. I get there, I call them cause they told me to stay in my car and that they will wheel her down to me. They said she is still recovering and they will bring her down soon. I am waiting then I see a fire truck pull up then I get a call from the facility asking me to come up because the doctor wants to talk to me. As I am walking up I see that the firemen are going into help my friend! One of the worker guys, came to me and told me that they are just taking precautions because she was saying she couldn't breathe! He seemed like he didn't really care and just wanted to go home and not be dealing with what was happening. The fire men took her out and to the hospital. The sub in doctor that came in late that had no idea who my friend was introduced himself to me and told me that he was the one who did her breast reduction. Very nice man!! SHOUT OUT TO DR. WALKER IN CULVER CITY!!! YOU ARE A CARING DOCTOR AND SHOWED UP FOR YOUR PATIENT! HE came to the hospital and waited. He wanted to make sure that he was able to answer any questions that the hospital may have. The MAIN DOCTOR THAT WORKS AT THE FACILITY NEVER SHOWED UP AT THE HOSPITAL TO CHECK ON HER! Apparently he drove back down and was waiting in his car but would not go in because Dr. Walker said that they do not like him there! Hmmmm wonder why? Maybe because alot of his patients have been sent to that hospital cause his facility is right next to the hospital! Turns out my friend had a horrible lung infection! How did they not know that? Did they not do a quick check up before they put her under anesthesia? If they would have checked her lungs, they would have heard that something was off! And they had put a FAHA on her and the hospital said that thing was so beyond tight! Then to make things WORSE the hospital told us that they found blood in the back of her throat and her mouth was all cut up!! What did they do to my friend? ! They had to incubate her but those tubes are soft!!!! Needless to say, this place is a scam and just a money making pit. They do not care about the well being of their patients. Everyone in that office had BAD ENERGY

Had a good experience with the doctor. Had lower back pain and received an injection and the pain…read morehas gone.

My goal was to look refreshed and natural--not like I'd had surgery--and that's exactly what Dr. Lee achieved. Friends and family tell me I look amazing, but no one can pinpoint why. I simply look like a younger, well-rested version of myself. I was amazed by how little bruising I had after surgery. Within two weeks, I looked great and felt comfortable being out in public. From my first consultation through every follow-up appointment, he and his staff made me feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. If I could give 10 stars, I would…read more I don't think I have ever opened my heart in a review the way I am about to do. My story with Dr. Alan T. Tran began in 2022, after a long and frustrating search for a surgeon who could help me. In 2021, I suffered a very serious accident that caused significant loss of skin and tissue in my lower leg and forearm. I underwent several procedures and skin grafts, but beyond the physical damage, the experience was deeply traumatic, and I also lost much of the sensation in the grafted areas. After consulting with several specialists throughout Orange County, I repeatedly heard the same thing: they could not help me. Every surgeon I saw before Dr. Tran said they were unable to perform the reconstruction I needed. After hearing "no" from surgeon after surgeon, I was incredibly fortunate to finally find Dr. Tran. During our first conversation, he told me he had previously performed a similar procedure on a child and believed he could perform the delicate reconstructive surgeries I needed. For the first time, I felt there might actually be a solution. That was the beginning of a journey that has truly changed my life. Dr. Tran did much more than perform several surgeries to reconstruct parts of my body. In many ways, he also helped reconstruct my self-esteem and confidence. The work he has done for me is something I honestly never imagined would be possible. At one point, there simply was not enough skin or tissue to properly close the area over the grafts. Dr. Tran used an extremely delicate technique involving tissue expanders placed beneath my skin and gradually filled with saline. Little by little, the skin expanded, creating enough additional tissue to eventually be repositioned over the areas requiring reconstruction. It is a long, delicate process requiring extraordinary precision, experience, patience, and vision. My arm has now been completed, while my leg is still in the final stage of reconstruction. I am scheduled for one final surgery later this year, in 2026, and I know this long journey is finally approaching its conclusion. When I think about everything Dr. Tran has done for me, I can only say that he is much more than a surgeon. To me, he is a true artist with blessed hands, an extraordinary mind, and the ability to see possibilities where perhaps other surgeons might not. I will be eternally grateful that I found him. I also want to give a very special thank-you to Leyna, Janet, and Liz, who are an essential part of Dr. Tran's team. Throughout my journey, they have been incredibly dedicated, kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. Every time I walk into the office, I feel welcomed, respected, and truly cared for. Having people like them by your side during such a long and delicate process makes an enormous difference. All of my surgeries have been performed at the great Fountain Valley Regional Hospital, where I have also experienced the professionalism and compassion of Dr. Tran's surgical team. From the nurses who welcomed me to the anesthesiologists and everyone who assists Dr. Tran, I have consistently been treated with respect, care, professionalism, and humanity. After everything I have been through, I could not give Dr. Alan T. Tran and his team anything less than five stars. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. As I mentioned, my journey is not quite over yet, but I look forward to completing this final chapter and moving forward with my life, knowing that none of this would have been possible without Dr. Tran's exceptional skill, dedication, and belief in what could be achieved. When so many others told me they could not help, Dr. Tran saw a possibility and chose to help me. I will always be grateful for that. Thank you, Dr. Tran, for everything you have done for me and for never giving up on what was possible.
