She provided us with short videos routinely, kept us updated regularly with text messages and even opened her home to us so we could visit the expecting mom throughout her pregnancy & Bianca even sent us pictures of our new puppy when he was less than 24 hours old. Not once did she ever deny us of any information when we requested it. Bianca's Yorkies is second to none. For the last couple weeks, my husband and I have been in and out of this location for koi fish. We…read morewere open and honest from the get-go that we were stocking an outdoor koi pond (as we bought 9 koi at once). The first night, two died. So we took them back, they exchanged them, no issue. Acclimated and added them. The next morning three DIFFERENT fish were dead. We took them in, exchanged them, no issue. Fast forward three days, they were all doing fine, then all died overnight on the third night. 9 koi fish!! My water parameters are fine, I have the pond test kit, and PetCo tested a sample every time (per policy). Except this time, when I bring in all 9 deceased fish, the manager tells me there's "nothing they can do as far as exchange or refund, as it's an outside environment, and PetCo has a policy against it." Yet it was fine every other time you knew we were putting them in our pond?? Mind you, they will openly discuss with their customers that their koi tank is messed up and is what is killing their koi, but they keep selling them and then take your money! I'm $250+ on fish alone-- just go to the breeders at this point, this place sucks. I'm out of fish, and out of money.
