Unfortunately, the cleaning solution bleached the cushion covers beyond repair. The throw pillow inserts also had to be discarded because they were not salvageable. Looking back, I wish the crew had reminded me to remove the cushions before they started, as replacing them ultimately cost me more than the cleaning service itself. In addition, the windows were left with a noticeable film, several areas of the siding were still dirty with pollen, and the gutters still contained pine needles and other debris after the work was completed. After I contacted the company and shared photos of the damage, I was told that I should have read the fine print. The company offered me a small discount. I was also told that if I hired them again in the future, the job would cost several hundred dollars more because my house had been underbid. Overall, I was disappointed not only with the quality of the work but also with how my concerns were handled afterward.

The Gentle Pressure technician arrived at my home, looked at my roof from his ladder, then immediately stepped down and recommended I have some roof damage inspected prior to administering treatment and that he'd tell the office that he didn't perform the work and I should call the office to initiate a refund. The business claimed to have requested a refund for me through Square and then committed to mailing me a check refund. Neither happened. The business did submit a dispute response to my credit agency which made it much more difficult for me to recoup my funds. Gentle Pressure took $504 from me and my roof still isn't treated. This is how Gentle Pressure makes money. Don't let it be from you.

I called earlier and scheduled an appointment and they provided a window of when they would come. They arrived and quickly got to work. The process was quick and the cost was about the same as it was 5 years back! Glad it wasn't too expensive otherwise I would've had to call someone else. I will say I was unable to pay with a credit card (said their machines weren't working) so I had to write them a check (no biggie on my end).
