Buyer beware - Adwell is extremely expensive for their services (no matter what is actually needed) and will not adjust their quote if the level of services are substantially less than anticipated. They charged us about $500 to clean porch gutters and refused to make any changes to their quote after seeing the work actually needed. read more

This person came to wash our neighbor's house. I heard the noise and looked outside to see my garden getting drenched in god knows what. I asked the man to stop spraying my plants. His response was to lie and say it was only "organic water" and refused to stop stating " I can't control the water", as he stood there controlling the water. Then I asked about soap since my windows are now sloppy with soapy suds. Then he admitted there was soap. He could have easily stood in a place where the water was not splashing all over our house, patio and garden. He simply couldn't be bothered. If these people cannot contain their over spray and dirty up other people's homes why are they in business? Then he said if I have a problem to call the owner. So I went to look at his truck to get the number and he IS PARKED IN OUR NUMBERED SPOT. I told him to move the truck and he refused. Their office refuses to answer the phone. I will be contacting all the proper places and leaving this review wherever I can. Things are bad these days but there is no excuse for this kind of unprofessional behavior. $600 for a gutter cleaning that took around an hour- K st lawyers don't make that much. But to take the cake- the gutters were not completely cleaned. The one area I could access off a deck was filled w deep sludge. On the good side- they did come back to clean the area I inspected and complained about.I have no idea how thoroughly the other areas of the roof gutters were cleaned. Professional, courteous, and a job well done. I had my gutters cleaned and my house power washed. They even snapped in some gutter guards at no additional charge, even though they don't normally do that kind of work (provided the gutter guards didn't require tools to install, they said they'd do it.) The quote was given (I've been trying to get people to even give me an estimate for weeks - everyone is too busy even for that), it was competitive, and timely. The guys who came out to do the work were very professional.
