Pencil marks on the stone, chips, rough edges, etching - it was bad. Getting them back out was like pulling teeth & their "solution" made the problem worse. We had a stone expert out who verified that the stone was improperly fabricated & the cost to restore it was just as much as the actual cost of the stone itself. GG took no responsibilty. They also sold us a piece of quartzite that was honed & assured us that they could restore it to a factory polished finish to match the stone we previously purchased. What they installed was neither honed, nor polished, but a bad cross of the two. Our expert informed us that once honed, the stone could never be restored to a factory polish & had been overworked, the crystalline structure damaged & the veins opened. GG did not stand by their lack of knowledge, but only offered to have US purchase another slab which they'd fabricate for free. The costs incurred to remove the fixtures, repair tiles, repaint, etc. were on us as well. What a complete and total lack of knowledge, professionalism and integrity. DO NOT USE GRANITE GUYS! They might have been good prior to 2025 according to the other reviews, but as of 2026, I'd avoid them at all costs!

They were able to give us exactly what we wanted design-wise and it looks just as we had hoped. The not-so-good: Poor communication - Every time I wanted an update I had to reach out, and there was never any engagement from them otherwise. There were days when we were left wondering whether they would show up at all, because they weren't providing updates or answering texts/calls. Timelines and estimates were never clear and we were constantly left guessing/estimating when they would arrive and when we can expect work to be done. Once the counters were installed, we had to end up paying a plumber to reinstall the sink, even though we asked in-person if we would be covered prior to the plumber coming - again, poor communication, since we clearly thought we wouldn't have to pay and they said otherwise.

When we stumbled across this business they said they provide the stone and do the installation. We thought we well might as well use them because it would simplify the process. We were very wrong. We are left with dry wall issues and holes in the floor around the fireplace base. They said these things are not in their scope. So now we still need to hire our handyman to clean up the projects and we didn't budget for that. We had many discussions before signing the contract with our sales person, Roman, and Alex that came to our house to take measurements. They deny those conversations happened. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing and don't trust at all that they care about their quality of work. I will say the stone is beautiful but they shouldn't offer to install it without being very clear about the end result. We honestly wouldn't have used them so I think that is point of not clearly communicating. We also have no idea if the 25 year sealer we purchased was applied. It was very pricey.
