The showroom was well-organized, and the staff was patient as I evaluated multiple samples and asked more questions than I can count. Once I placed my order, communication remained excellent. The stone sample I initially reviewed showed little to no visible discoloration. Unfortunately, the actual slab installed in my home has significant color inconsistencies on both sides of the stove that resemble burn marks. There is also a crack at the sink that appears to have been covered rather than properly addressed, along with multiple chips in the stone surrounding the sink. Additionally, the two seams do not line up properly. The seam on the actual countertop is positioned several inches away from the corresponding seam on the backsplash, resulting in an installation that looks poorly planned and unfinished. I have made repeated attempts to have these issues addressed, but my concerns have largely been dismissed. I have been waiting for more than a month to hear directly from the owner regarding a reasonable resolution, only to ultimately be told, in essence, that nothing would be done. The most frustrating part of this experience has been the lack of accountability after payment was made. My experience has left me feeling that the level of attention and customer service I received before the sale was very different from what I experienced afterward. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I strongly encourage prospective customers to thoroughly inspect the finished product and, before making final payment, get clear assurances regarding how installation defects, damage, and quality concerns will be handled.

Pencil marks on the stone, chips, rough edges, etching - it was bad. Getting them back out was like pulling teeth & their "solution" made the problem worse. We had a stone expert out who verified that the stone was improperly fabricated & the cost to restore it was just as much as the actual cost of the stone itself. GG took no responsibilty. They also sold us a piece of quartzite that was honed & assured us that they could restore it to a factory polished finish to match the stone we previously purchased. What they installed was neither honed, nor polished, but a bad cross of the two. Our expert informed us that once honed, the stone could never be restored to a factory polish & had been overworked, the crystalline structure damaged & the veins opened. GG did not stand by their lack of knowledge, but only offered to have US purchase another slab which they'd fabricate for free. The costs incurred to remove the fixtures, repair tiles, repaint, etc. were on us as well. What a complete and total lack of knowledge, professionalism and integrity. DO NOT USE GRANITE GUYS! They might have been good prior to 2025 according to the other reviews, but as of 2026, I'd avoid them at all costs!

It was beautiful, and so much less than other quotes because they have so many remnants. Because of our total satisfaction we decided to do the entire kitchen. They not only did the countertops, but used Quartz for the backsplash as well. Some of my neighbors were told they couldn't use Quartz for the backsplash because of heat near the stove, but Granite Guys said it was not an issue. It has not been, and is so easy to keep clean. Everything is beautiful now! Roy is a pleasure to work with as well as people doing the measurements and installation. There were quite a few twists and turns in this installation, but they made it perfect. A few hiccups, but they took care of everything with no complaints Which is a tribute to their professionalism.
