The finished paint work was completed, door panels, cabinet frames, all new soft close door hinges, an upgrade. The cabinet guys are work oriented, no complaints, no smoke. Once we were installing the floor we found that over half the planks had a crack on the male end of the lock. So basically everyone of those pieces can't be used. It would be one thing if this was explained so I knew I was only going to get to use 30-40% of the flooring but it was the lying that was super shady. Then once I went back and just requested enough to finish my floors they said i needed to pay for the extra flooring. Talk about the worst customer service and the most shady practices possible. Would highly recommend you staying far away from these scam artists!!
