I had a really great experience with Elegant Touch. First I met with Marsha who walked me through all my options (rounded or squared-off edges, etc.) and then we walked together through her warehouse of granite slabs. They were offering a free sink with countertop purchase when I was there. I did not find granite that I absolutely loved, but that was not an issue because they work with multiple other granite providers near the airport and in Ybor. Perfect! I found many granite options at those providers, and they marked off which pieces I loved, and they sent the information directly to Marsha. Marsha contacted me via email, and together we ruled out which granite was clearly not in my budget, then she worked up pricing for the remaining four. One of my favorites was left, and that's the one I went with. She set a date for two weeks out for installation due to their busy schedule. Her team showed up on time, and got right to work. My countertops turned out even more beautiful than I could have dreamed. The installers did have an issue once they drilled the hole where the faucet should go (cabinet was in the way), which I wish they had mentioned to me ahead of time, instead of me finding out about the issue only when my plumber showed up to install my faucet, but that was the only hiccup. I appreciate how prompt all correspondence was with Marsha and Savitre, the other office staff member, and I highly recommend them to anybody looking to enhance their home with new granite countertops. read more

Five stars isn't close to enough, ignore the five stars, we give Elegant Touch 10 Stars! We originally had a quote done two months ago for another type of granite. After looking at tons of other granite we found a completely different type that we fell in love with. (at a different granite place) Long story shortened, the other place ended up cutting into the slab we wanted for a smaller job, leaving too little for our job. This other place also told us that they checked all of their suppliers and they couldn't find another slab like the one we wanted. We went back to Elegant Touch right then and there. Within 5 minutes, Elegant Touch had located a slab like the one we wanted, actually, it was several times more attractive than the original. That was two weeks ago and we now have our new granite countertop. If you are looking for granite, look no further. If they don't have what you want in stock, they can find it for you. We had the perfect experience working with Elegant Touch Cabinets and Stonework. We did an entire kitchen makeover down to the studs in the wall! Karen helped me design my dream kitchen and then we added an amazing coffee bar as well. They were always on time with delivery and it was an easy perfect installation. RED FLAG !!! Make sure you get any estimates of work in writing.We made the mistake of taking the word of Wendy in sales department.She told us that the cost to repair chips in the counter and polishing the counter would be $250.00. When the technichian came to do the work we were told the cost is for chips only .We called the company and the manager told us it was miscommunication on the part of Wendy.Miscommunication is the new business scam word for LIE. Elegant Touch installed our counters at top dollar.The technichian who repaired the chips also fixed a crack that was there at time of install.He said this counter should not have been installed with the crack.This is a crime against seniors. read more

We had Elegant Touch Stonework install granite countertops in our kitchen and guest bath. They did an outstanding job. They had a great selection of Granite at their store to choose from. We also had our master bath cabinets and countertops replaced with quality plywood cabinets and granite countertop. They tore out our old cabinets, installed our new cabinets, granite countertop and sinks in one day! They provide excellent workmanship and quality. Elegant Touch provided outstanding service and a great product for the price. I shopped around for quite awhile and they were the least amount of money for what we got.
