In fact they were more than accomodating on several occasions with treating my condition since I couldn't get an appointment with my primary doctor. Again Dr's and staff are great. Now comes the negative part their business/accounting office SUCKS. Prior to seeing the doctor your copay is taken at the reception area. On ALL occasions my co pay was payed prior to me even being called in. I received a bill from a year prior which I had paid. The bill was dated for early 2024 and I went back and noticed that I payed the bill, they had No recollection of receiving payment. This has happended to me TWICE. Fast forward to currently.....received a phone call on a Saturday (9/27/25) from the business office...this is how the conversation went. I answered the phone and she stated her name and asked me my name and date of birth which I gave her she asked me again my name and dob and asked what my address was since she wanted to send me a bill. I asked her what address she had on file and she did not answer me she said I need your address. It was at this point that I indicated to her that I had spoken to a prior representative and had given her an update on my address in August 2025 regarding this mixup on my bill. The prior representative was great and understood, this representative was rude......I proceeded to tell her that I had no intentions of paying this bill on two counts....it had been paid and it had taken them over a year to send me a bill. Take all this into account that after the date of the bill in question I had 3 more visits to this urgent care with no problems regarding my payments or bill expect one other time again which was later resolved due to their untimely updating my account. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET DOUBLE RECEPITS AS THEIR BUSINESS OFFICE IS LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL.

As the Suboxone became popular he got greedy and just saw dollar signs. You're addicted to Red Bull's? Suboxone. You can't quit smoking? Suboxone! The cure-all miracle drug. More importantly, after talking to many Rehab doctors I learned what I suspected: the Doctors are prescribing it completely wrongw and getting the patients they're "helping" addicted to Suboxone worse than whatever they were on before. As one Dr. said "these Doctors and clinics are spreading the problem and it's all about money and it really pisses me off..." A friend and I relayed our experiences with Chawla to him and he said basically it's that kind of "treatment" plan(s) & activity that created another addiction. I got off the Suboxone after dealing with many of the scary side effects every person I know that was on it had: suicidal th thoughts, can't get off it no matter how hard you try, etc...but Chawla just keeps on writing it and doesn't even look at you when you voice your concerns. Too busy getting ready for the next patient and smiling as a cash register "Cha-Ching" noise is ringing in his head. And he talks about how much the DEA loves him. Funny, as I went for one visit (not to get Suboxone) years after leaving his practice to hold me over till I started my new Dr. next month...and the waiting room looked like a casting call for extras for an episode of The Walking Dead. It was really disappointing to meet a doctor that seemed so good at the beginning, and literally just watch the money take over everything. No longer a practice, more like a factory. I had been having pains in my neck for a long while. Once taught the exercises, I was normally left to my own to do them in the clinic with an occasional glance in my direction from one of the therapists. After hearing a presentation by Jena Bratton, PT, I decided to give her clinic a try. It was so different from my past experience! After a thorough assessment, she had recommendations right away for me. After evaluating pictures of my work station, she had suggestions on how I could rearrange things to reduce the fatigue on my neck and back. I immediately felt a difference after following her advice, which made it easier to sit at my desk and do what I need to do. Every visit, Jena asked me about how I was feeling, and included appropriate treatment to my plan of care for that day. This clinic is truly a hands-on treatment facility. I was given exercises to do at the clinic, and someone always came by several times to be sure I understood what I was doing and how the movements would improve my situation. I did not feel ignored at all. Two firsts for me, cupping and dry needling weren't scary at all, truly painless, and helped relieve my overall pain. All in all, the exercises, cupping, dry needling, tens therapy, heat, and counseling improved my neck issues tremendously, and increased my range of motion. At the counter in front of me, is a cash-patient, who paid $150.00. Upon my turn at the counter, BCBS, according to Fast Pace, requires a $40.00 co-pay, which I paid with a VISA. I pay it, see the doctor, and go on with life. A month later (2025 / new year, new deductible) , I get a charge on that same VISA, from Fast Pace, in the amount of $211.75. In addition, an explanation of benefits statement from BCBS, implying that Fast Pace charged the insurance company well over $500.00. I thought it was $150.00; that was the case with many of the other customers that day, specifically the young lady in front of me. I called the local office, multiple times, no answer. I called Corporate, they instruct me to call Medi-Copy. I did, and instructed them to provide all medical records and the credit card authorization form I signed. I was sent my bill and records, but not the form. Further review states, that Fast Pace is notorious of this. So, it's just beginning. I have a meeting with the local authorities in the morning, I filed a complaint with the BBB earlier, I forwarded all the doc's to my attorney on retainer, and I intend to pursue this matter independently for a spell, just on principle. Never again my friends, and I don't recommend anyone on earth, using such entity. Upon reading reviews of Fast Pace on a nationwide level, this is common.
