We were due on June 30 but Kellyta was going to be out of the country for a month starting in July. I was little disappointed and was about to give up on the idea on doing a newborn photo since all the other places I contacted were too expensive or I didn't like the photography style. Luckily our girl decided to come early and I contacted Kellyta right away to schedule a session with her. We arrived at Kellyta's home for the shoot. She got so many props to select from and really listen to what we want. Throughout the shoot she will show us the pictures to see if we like them. She was very patience with our daughter and allow us time to feed her when she got hungry half way through the shoot. Kellyta sent us the pictures for selections and even completed the editing while she was on vacation. We got our final cd few weeks ago and we were really happy with her work. Elope to Savannah said they would sign a new marriage license, and mail it to the court for us. I communicated that I would reach out to them when we were able to get a new marriage license, but because of work and illness it took two months for us to get a new marriage license. Once we got a free day we paid a local minister to marry us legally. During our session with Elope to Savannah they suggested their mail service was unreliable and at that point I did not want to risk another mistake. Apparently their mail goes to Florida before it goes to the mail recipient. When I requested a refund they blamed us for taking a long time to get the new marriage license. They said a refund would be problematic in this economy because they are a small business. They gave a breakdown of their expenses and suggested a small partial refund. Being scolded for not getting this fixed right away was shocking. Use them at your own risk. If they fixed their mistake with us this way, imagine what kind of fix they will give you. Not a good experience.

I reached out to Alec Bishop on yelp the day before and he responded very quickly. He recommended a bunch of locations and we finally decided on the perfect spot. You give us a gift and then apologize? Talk about too nice! We had a few chats over email and he was always quick to respond. When it got closer to the wedding he was the one that reached out to me and made sure we went over the details. About a week before we met at Starbucks and basically changed everything I had told him before. He didn't give me a face or ask why just went with my new flow and offered tips on how I could make it better. He gave me great advice and even helped me make some decisions that were still up in the air. He helped me put together a day of timeline even though that is definitely not his job. On my wedding day he showed up early and started working right away! Even though I gave him limited information he walked around and figured things out on his own. Anytime I texted him about something he was already on it! He took photos of every single little thing I asked for and I didn't have to remind him about any of it. He was so professional and everyone really took note! During our photos downtown he engaged with my 2 year old flower girl and kept her busy as his "assistant" it was really such a sweet moment to watch him with her. My DJ (Gavigan Entertainment) was a nightmare but Rodney took out his iPad and got my ceremony music to play. During the reception I was all over the place but he kept me focused and he made sure I got photos with everyone and he never stopped working. Even when he sat to eat he was talking to my guests and taking photos. After the wedding I told him I was going straight on my honeymoon and wouldn't have service (Cruise) so he stayed up and gave me a sneak peek!! Perfect beginning to my honeymoon. I am starting to get most of my photos in and I am so excited! They all look incredible so far. I highly recommend you hire him!!
