Lifetime residential warranty, waterproof, scratch resistant and affordable. Those were the exact qualities my wife and I were looking for in our new floors. Thomas showed us a video of the flooring system that they just completed in a multi-million dollar home and I'd have to say, they looked phenomenal. We received our estimate the very next day and decided to move forward with project. The install team was great and completed our job in a day and minimized their footprint in my home. We stopped in late last Saturday morning on the recommendation of our cabinet maker. I was very disappointed that, although the sign on the door clearly states that anyone entering must be wearing a mask, the red-headed woman that initially helped us didn't wear one at all, and the second woman who assisted us with a product quote kept hers under her nose the whole time. The second woman escorted us around the showroom to help us find a match for something we already liked. She priced out a Hanstone countertop with 2 separate measurements (with and without a separate breakfast bar) and the estimates were $2600 more than one we got from ProSource for the exact same material and the quote for turnaround time was 2 weeks longer. While we appreciated the very quick estimate (we did have to wait a few days for ProSource), it was really not worth the trip out to Portsmouth for us. They also don't carry anything other than stainless sinks, which was unfortunate. Given their inability to adhere to their own protocols and their exorbitant pricing, we will not be patronizing Superior Marble & Stone.

We went in to contract sometime last October on our townhouse at Dragas properties in Virginia Beach. Bobby came in to do the measurements about a month ago, told me it would be about 4 wks, it was just about the estimated time for install. Came with all kinds of samples based on the different products I was interested in. Showed me the difference and helped me save some $$. Today was the day!!! They are here! Bobby came in with Matt, his helper to install. He had said the shutters may not be here today with the other blinds but he would install what he had...and to my SURPRISE the shutters came in! YAH!!! They look so great! Price was not to be beat! Bobby and Matt are the ultimate professionals. Meticulously and expertly installed every windows. Kept his word on timeline and they both did a fabulous job! Bobby noticed some issues and made immediate fixes. I think I rated a restaurant 5 star once in my years of reviewing businesses, which otherwise I would never do. I am making an exception here because I am truly happy with the entire process. My nephews are both Marines. Bobby is a veteran so I am very happy to be able to do a tiny bit to support our veterans. I really hope you YELPERS out there looking to do your window treatments go with Cornerstone! You will be a very happy home owner and customer. There was no attempt to work collaboratively or explain what was actually needed to move forward. The appointment felt more like blame-shifting than a productive step in the process. Additionally, I felt uncomfortable during this appointment. I was alone in my home, and the way I was spoken to felt condescending and dismissive. I genuinely felt that I was treated this way because I am a woman and was alone at the time. That is completely unacceptable and should never happen in a professional setting. When the installers finally arrived today, they were professional and courteous, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, during the installation, our vent hood was scratched. This is especially upsetting given how long we waited and how much this project has already cost us in time and stress. Now we are left dealing with additional repairs and coordination that should never have been our responsibility. Throughout this process, I reached out to the manager, Olivia, several times. I even contacted designers who said they would email her directly on my behalf. Not once did I hear from her. On top of that, in six months, we have never once heard from Malieka, who took our credit card information and then completely disappeared. There was no follow-up, no communication and no accountability. We are not wealthy people. We saved, planned and chose to invest our hard-earned money into a nice kitchen, and we trusted this company with that investment. After everything we've dealt with, I will never spend another dime here again, and I plan to make sure others know about this experience as well. If Olivia were a true manager, she would have listened, communicated, and addressed concerns. Instead, she did absolutely nothing.
