The finished product looks very nice. There was an immediate, noticeable difference both in the look and temperature of the room. They were very responsive, the guy who came out and measured and did the installation was very professional and nice as were the people I dealt with on the phone. I kinda felt it was a "little" on the pricey side but it is what it is. I am happy with the result.

I scheduled an appointment the same day they gave me the quote. It only took 2 hours to get all 5 of my windows done. On Monday when they reopened she visited to ask about it and was met with a very rude, cross woman who was insulting and condescending. The woman (probably well into her 80's herself) made comments about my mother's age and how she should be able to recognize things at her age. My mother left in tears because she had never been treated in such a way by a business. What's more insulting is this place claims to be a Christian organization but apparently does not hold the values. Do better or quit the false advertisement!
