I went to their website and filled out my information to get a quote on how much it would cost to do my windows, they called me the next day and gave me a quote. I scheduled an appointment the same day they gave me the quote. It only took 2 hours to get all 5 of my windows done. First things first when purchasing a vehicle I get the windows tinted. Still being new to the area I didn't know where to go. Tint World was recommended to me by a friend and they didn't disappoint. Looks great and they gave me exactly what I wanted. Even explained the difference in materials to help me make a better decision on what would be best. Same day service as when I called and it literally took them about 25 minutes to do two windows for me. While we were there they did an eyebrow on my other vehicle and we even put in to get a lift kit done by them. Will be coming back for sure. **IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.** "#1 auto detailing service center for over 30 years" YOU COULD'VE FOOLED ME ! So I walk into Tint World at 755am keys in hand ready to get my car detailed! After having my car ALL DAY (and by all day I mean they had the car from 8am and I received a call at 5pm) I showed up just before 6 because I had to take an Uber. I'm thinking okay, I'll run in and have it paid since they were closing soon. NEVER AGAIN WILL THAT HAPPEN. NEVER PAY BEFORE YOU SEE THE RESULTS!! Let me begin with saying What the fuck!! *excuse my language* I could've cleaned my car better myself. Asked for the ultimate package which included EVERYTHING. I'm talking door jams, dash board, "shampoo" of seats and floors, cup holders, buff, wax, windows... THE WHOLE NINE ! Well, you could've fooled me !! In between my drivers seat/passenger seat and center console.... doesn't even look like they passed the vacuum. Trunk wasn't properly vacuumed. Hell, it doesn't look like it was cleaned out at all. There's still marks EVERYWHERE. Theres dust all in my air vents (all of them!) Where my speedometer is.... dirty. My steering wheel still has marks on it and is dusty as hell under. My shift knob is clean but the boot under isnt! My backseat cloth parts looked like he didn't even do much (mind you, there wasn't much to do except a light interior clean) my foot rest has dirt all in the ridges still. He completely missed Wiping down between my seat and the console itself. My mirrior has water spots. There's still spots of crud on my leather seats..... I could go on and on. Let's just say, I am absolutely disappointed. Paid $290.43.... talked to them about the horrible service and got $50 back. $50 back for a trash job?! I tell you, I could've cleaned my car better than this for $50! My front seats were immaculate because I've had seat covers on them since the last time I got them cleaned so they really only had to do the back and still failed. I don't know if they were cleaning with their eyes closed or just rushing but the job done is seriously a joke. The pictures taken are AFTER I left. AFTER I had him clean spots he completely missed. Then after speaking to whom I'm assuming is the manager, he says I could come back during the week to get it cleaned. I open my mouth and start to lose it so I closed it just as fast as I opened it and closed my eyes and started counting because at this point there's no winning this battle. They've had my car for 10 hours !!!!!! I'm not giving anymore time for a service that your business obviously CANNOT do. Long story short.... SAVE YOUR MONEY IF YOU'RE TRYING TO GET YOUR CAR DETAILED HERE. They specialize on window tinting. And obviously just that. Find a place that specializes in car detailing. read more

Caused damage to my vehicle. They denied the action however the manager at the time offered to pay half of the cost to repair (?) However didn't want to when the body shops gave a quote. Got sick of being recommended to various shops. Be warned , take before and after pictures of your vehicle. Inspect thoroughly after they are done working. Had my car Ceramic Coated about a year ago (Oct 2022). It's been a year and the whole top of the car's coating is basically gone. I called to ask about the warranty on this very expensive coating and was basically told "since I didn't come in for the Quarterly check" that I had no warranty. Just a warning, If you have them Ceramic Coat your car, make sure you do the quarterly inspection. To be honest the original job wasn't great. There was a lot of haze after it was done and I was told at the time that it would go away as it cured. It never did. There is a haze all over the paint and glass. I should have taken it back much earlier. Learned my lesson. Will never go back or recommend Tint World for Ceramic Coating. read more

Called for a quote on a Friday ($469.99 plus tax) and set up an appointment on a Monday. They tried rescheduling the appointment 1 hour before the appointment and when I couldn't reschedule - they kept the appointment time. The cost of the work turned out to be $28.20 more than what was quoted, because they charge you a "shop supplies" fee. Nothing is posted or said about the fee...very deceptive business practice. When I called the manager he stated that I was the first to ever complain about the fee...they had to pay for supplies somehow and the $469.99 for the tint didn't cover it. read more

I brought my car to tint world for a tint strip on my front window they were 20 dollars more then the next closest competitor but they could get me in same day.... It took and hour and 40 minutes to tint a strip that didn't even come down to the state tint regulation line. (As shown in my pics) it basically covered the spot already tinted by the factory. It's partly my fault as I should have asked before letting them just tint it but I've had 2 other cars tinted (other places) and they both installed a thicker strip without asking. I wish I had seen their reviews on Yelp before going there I would have waited. read more

They did a good job putting the tint on but were supposed to FACTORY match my back windows. instead, they put a blueish tint on the front, and now it doesn't match. I called and especially ask if they could factory match and they said yes, but they lied. when I got there they said they would get it as close as they could but is quite a % lighter and the shade is a different color. They said I had to wait for 2 weeks for the tint to cure. ??? read more

Cost me $165 to do 2 windows and windshield brow. They were supposed to match my back windows but they used a tint that had a different color than my back windows. They were grey and he used a blueish tint. I paid for the better tint so they least they could have done was put the right color on there! Go elsewhere. read more

They need to stick to tint only.Whatever you do don't bring your vehicle for ceramic coating. They were supposed to do a paint correction before applying the ceramic coating as you all know but my car have lots of visible scratch lines and two water spots in the paint they didn't corrected. They didn't offer any instructions on how to wash the car or what products to use or not. I choose them because they are part of a franchise but boy I regret it. They are very unprofessional. Go elsewhere, choose a guy who owns the business and do the ceramic itself. VERY UNHAPPY with the results. read more

They take forever to talk to us and we asked about the tint and On his truck and new windshield and said I will call u in about 20 minutes never call us then I call him and he says I will call you right back never call again then we went two Walmart and went back they were not done yet so we waited awhile no one talked to us and then finally they told us a price on His was like 400 dollars and it's was to much so I call dunaway glass and it was only 200 so when outside to tell them and then I asked them if I could take my keys off the top of my car and put them in my car and they said ya but it don't matter there's already over 3000 scratches on it. We waited a little longer and then just left again and went to Sam's and then went home and had something to eat and then I had to call them to even see if it was done then I get there and it is not good and then they wanted to charge me more to fix it. read more

i recently decided to hire our local tint world shop to install a full wrap on one of our trucks. We had paid a deposit sent over our graphics and such dropped off for install. was told it would be 10 days, little long but ok figure they take their time and do an awesome job. we get the call i grab a guy run up to get it. i was in the parking lot and i coulkd see the truck inside one of the bays and from there i could see something was wrong with the wrap. my guys gets out says that they didnt do a full wrap so im thinking great now what. i continue to use my phone answering emails, and the local boss comes out in a beeline for my truck, appearantly my guy told him i wasnt happy. he starts yelling at me being very agressive, and everytime i try and speak he cuts me off yelling, things like "im going to sue you into bankruptcy" "you aint getting this truck". among many other things. now at this point i still hadnt made it off the phone let alone out of the truck. i only manage to say to this irate insane person, that that isnt a full wrap installed as i sit in my fully wrapped truck. he directed his guys to put truck up in shop, he gets extremely close to my truck picking at the vinyll and making me uncomfortable, so i shut my truck door and leave. this tint world "professional" was out of line, out of his damn mind, and should be immidiately hospitalized not running a franschise. read more

GO ELSEWHERE! I had an absolutely horrible experience at this place. The ONLY person there worth speaking to is the shop Manager Mario. He is the only person that gave a care at all about anything I needed. Initially, I went there excited to get numerous things done to my car. A shop tech (stereo installer) gave me complete attitude because the General Manager (at the time) set a late appointment for me to bring my car in. Not at all my fault. The tech admitted he did not want to do the work. Also, he BROKE my ashtray. They agreed to fix the ashtray and waive the installation fee on my next visit for the inconvenience. Upon the next visit, I met the new General Manager that is the rudest person I have met on the coast! After already having a poor experience there, he did NOTHING to make it better, in fact he never even wanted to know about my previous experience. After the 2nd time of him telling me "you can just take your car somewhere else" I was completely DONE with Tint world. Tonight, I go to pick up my car after they have HAD IT FOR A COMPLETE MONTH and the idiot tells me to take my business elsewhere. Who tells a paying customer that???? He also told me that the shop employees arent employees at all, they are 1099 sub contractors so I assume that excuses poor customer service??
