His proposal was clear and provided a few different options based on price, and once we approved each item, he and his team did it all smoothly in just one visit. I honestly didn't know how easy it would be and that they could help us with every question and issue we had (e.g. helping us fix a remote-controlled blackout shade that just needed new batteries).
