Even when he is busy, he always makes time to get any of my electronics working perfectly. I have 6 TVs, all with cable boxes, 4 sound systems, and I am retired, spending quite a bit of time with them all. He is patient, listens to what I need, which usually includes extras, like speakers, including bass, woofer speakers with all. On the patio TV and sound system you would think you were at the stadium! You will never find more professional, accommodating, patient, polite people to work with! If I can't reach Chris immediately, who I always work with, I can leave a message and he contacts me promptly. I will not deal with any service that does not offer a phone number to call, where it seems like so many companies don't want you to call, just to E-mail, and you would usually be lucky if the company even answers, or follows up with you. Thank you, Chris, and Coastal Wiring Solutions, to treat their customers like the way businesses should treat their customers!! I ran two businesses over the years and would like all of my employees treat customers the way Chris does!

I live in a single family home. I am 82 year old and handicapped. After my husband's passing I had Sheppard Security install a camera near my front door as I was getting groceries delivered but they would not always ring my doorbell as I instructed in my delivery instructions. Also, sometimes I had strangers come to my house. Last Sunday at 6:30 P.M. I had two men come to my door but I did not recognize them so I did not answer my door. They started walking back and forth and keep ringing my doorbell. Then they went to my hose in front of my master bedroom window and turn it on. At that point I called 911. I spoke to an officer and told him of my situation and he said he would send an Officer to my home. Meanwhile one man stayed in front of my home and I lost sight of the other man. They had a SUV parked in front of my home with both passenger doors open and the hatch open. They were here for at least 20 minutes and I asked the officer on the phone at 911 when somebody was going to help me. He then told me that nobody could come because they were taking care of more serious problems then mine. Those two men were here at least 40 minutes. They finally left. On Monday I called Sheppard Security and talked to Joe their IT man. I told Joe I would like to have 4 more cameras installed around my home. On Sunday I was really scared because I could not tell where the second man was during the time they were here. I spoke to Jim the owner of Sheppard Security on Wednesday and he told me that the Cameras had been ordered and that he would make sure that the Cameras would be installed quickly. Friday morning Joe and another technician came and up dated my old camera and installed 4 new Cameras. They worked quickly and made sure that all five cameras were wired in and adjusted them so that I can see the 4 sides of my home. They also made sure that everything was clean after installing all of the new wiring. They were here for several hours. If I could I would give Sheppard Security, Jim the owner and Joe and the other Technician 20 stars. In this day and age it is nice to find a Company and their staff who takes pride in their workmanship and treats their customers with respect. They make you feel they have your back and that you are important to them. I think you can only get this kind of service from a family owned company.

Day before, Best Buy geek squad was supposed to be at my home, Best Buy cancelled install and told me to call to reschedule. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME IT HAPPENED, WITH BEST BUY INSTALLATION. I contacted Knight Enterprises on a Saturday via Yelp, along with two other local installers for a quote. I was looking for installation ASAP, as I took time off from work, and Best Buy installation canceled the day before. One guy called me back and acted like I was bothering him on a Saturday. Another quote was never responded to. Guess what? Knight Enterprises contacted me right away. I told them I knew it was short notice, but I needed installation ASAP. Knight Enterprises told me they would check to see if they could, called me back and scheduled a next-day install. It gets better! Knight's installer called before arriving, arrived on time as discussed, was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The install was quick and spot-on perfect. The installer then quickly cleaned up and showed me TV-mounting adjustments before leaving. And, this happened in Florida, a place where service quality and reliability are generally myths when it comes to home services. Bottom line: if you are looking here on Yelp for home theater services, save yourself time by just calling Knight Enterprises for home theater, security, and smart-home services.
