The roofing crewdid a great job considering delays of snow and extreme cold and didn't leave trash all over the place, they cleaned up every day they were there.  The window crew was next and boy what a difference:  new windows!  No nasty old moldy sills and caulking.  We figure we saved a bunch of money having Techniques replace the windows. Then the biggest deal of all:  new siding.  We can't say enough about the job done by Rick, Jeff and Scott.  The attention to detail and correct measurements made a spectacular difference  to the house.  The colors are perfect and even better than we expected; it's gorgeous and exactly as we envisioned.  The neighbors are impressed!
