I had already replaced the Thermocouple a month before but wasn't confident in my work. So I called the warranty company who gave me their number. They arrived at the location about 3pm on a Monday. Replaced the Thermocouple and cleaned the filter (which I had just done and know it takes about 15-25 min to do). Hung out to make sure it stayed lit and called me back at 3:55pm to tell me they were done (less than an hour work and really only about a half hour of actual labor). They still charged me for two hours labor cost at $110 per hour and the part (which was only $16 but was covered by warranty and shouldn't have been on there anyway) for a total of $236. The guy tells me the old Thermocouple seemed to be fine but just wasn't positioned right so technically he didn't even have to replace the part. When i asked why I was charged two hours labor cost instead of one, they replied that they included "travel time." I'm not sure what other companies have this same policy but I would have surely called someone else I knew if they were looking to pull this with a customer after only 20 minutes of actual labor during regular business hours. I like to give people business that look out for their customers and don't try to gouge them for every dime they can. I will never call this place again and make sure I tell everyone I know to do the same. You can find the same service with companies that treat customers right.

I ordered the parts needed and Otis had to cut through ceramic tile to add the new faucets and corresponding plate. He had to redo the pipes which were set up for separate hot/cold faucets into a one unit operations. The end result was a perfect setup, leak free and very professional looking. Otis brought an assistant who removed and replace a kitchen faucet with corresponding sprayer. He also replaced an aging garbage disposal. Once again, professionalism with an eye for detail and excellent installation. These guys do not waste time, go on coffee breaks, they stuck to the job and met all my expectations as real professionals. About one-year later we had a nasty blockage with minor water leaking in our basement. I called Otis, who was backed up with work but agreed to come out early the next Saturday morning. I called on a Thursday so this was really accommodating and a relief. Once again, Otis fixed the problem, routed out the the street, tested all connections to ensure the problem was fixed.
