They even helped me pick up the flooring for a small fee, which was totally fair, and handled everything from there. Their pricing was better than a lot of the other quotes I got, and the whole process was smooth. The owners are a great husband and wife team, and all of their workers were friendly and respectful. Everyone had a great attitude. They were working hard, so I even jumped in to help unload some flooring and clean up a bit. That's not something I'd normally do, but they were just good people. The installation looked great, and they cleaned everything up before they left. I had to catch a flight the next day, so I didn't get a chance to inspect every room before leaving, but from what I saw, everything looked excellent. They even stayed late to make sure everything was finished before I had to leave for the airport. That meant a lot because my schedule was tight. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Ace Flooring if you're looking for fair pricing, quality work, and honest people who care about getting the job done right.

After months of follow up on our part and tons of excuses on her part if she responded at all, we gave her a final chance, get us a quote or we are walking. We thought we could not get what we wanted anywhere else. We finally got a text message quote that was twice the price we expected since we also had the access to the manufacture's website and pricing. A competitor who had to do a special order and ship it from out of state, got us what we wanted, did so at almost half TFC price. Look elsewhere and get better service. I am so disappointed with The Flooring Center.

They were professional, personable, and knowledgeable from start to finish and have quality products at any price point, including quality hardwood, engineered vinyl plank flooring (EVP), stone, tile, carpet, and refinishing services. Their showroom off of Silver Star Road is quaint and cozy, but they were able to show us more samples of Luxury Vinyl Flooring than ANY other shop we went to in the area (including SCS and Floor & Decor). Shane, the third generation of this family owned business, was warm and welcoming from the get go. He gave us a thorough education on the various options and their differences, explaining the pro's and con's of each as they related to our lifestyle. While our job won't be done until September, when we told our family that we were going to use Ability, they were immediately thrilled! Apparently Ability did their own floors (along with 30+ residential and commercial projects for friends and family), but sent us elsewhere because they didn't realize they also had EVP flooring!! Little did we know, we've stepped foot across an Ability Wood Floor EVERY day for years in the homes of our family, friends, and neighbors. After another "local, family owned" company ignored us, dodged us, and sent us quotes where my name was totally changed (hint: rhymes with "S... So glad that I found David's Tile. I had an issue that the subfloor in my bathroom was damaged and…read morewas causing the floor to sink a little, which was damaging the tile above. After having no success getting 3 prior contactors to do the job (they all were unreliable and never followed through in actually starting the job or giving a quote), I found David. He was very responsive to setting up a date/time for a quote, showed up on time to inspect, then promptly gave the quote, and was again on time and efficient in doing the job. Also, the damage to the subfloor was more extensive than anticipated, but David was readily able to adapt to get the job done. Some of the replacement tiles I had ordered also had damage, and David was also able to navigate that issue with no problem. Best of all, the price was fair and competitive. The end result looked great and the subfloor is solid once again. I cannot recommend David enough should you ever need tile work done. I know I'll be back and will recommend him to family and friends.
