He also questioned what country I was born. He's claiming he didn't do business with me, but somehow has my phone number as a customer and the image shows an employee of Affordable Granite in my house. Showed up 3 hours past the scheduled timeframe. Brought the wrong granite pieces and the wrong color. The employees had us call Ed and then Walter who both said they "don't know what happened." They also stole 3 pieces of granite from our home without our consent and is refusing to return them. Terrible management, workmanship, and professionalism. read more

Very upsetting experience with this company. One of the working came by while my housekeeper was at my house and claimed he had an appointment to stencil my kitchen. He the pushed his way through my front door and went into my kitchen and started taking pictures. At this point I had seen him on the camera and called my housekeeper and told her to ask him to leave and he kept saying that he was supposed to be here. I called the company immediately and with the owner got on the phone and was very rude he asked me if I spoke English because he said it was a mixup. He refused to even say he was sorry. It was extremely scary and upsetting. I do not suggest this company, they clearly do not have their stuff together and even when they make a mistake they blame you. read more

When they're good, they're good. They did my kitchen remodel beautifully and quickly so we agreed to do our master bath with them-- big mistake! The contractors were late or no show multiple times, they put our vessel sinks in the wrong spot resulting in our having to buy completely new mirrors out of pocket and what's worse is they installed our zero entry shower wrong and water was leaking everywhere damaging our baseboards! Weeks & weeks of phone calls later they finally fixed it with little urgency and no apology. Andrea was their top designer and even she left. Customer service for addressing mistakes is non existent. As 'nice' as everyone is I would no longer recommend this company at this point. read more

I would not recommend using this company. Three years post bathroom remodel, and we're STILL continuing to uncover issues, specifically with the plumbing. Plumbing issues have ranged from improper installation of our shower plumbing (resulting in leak, leading to carpet and drywall damage), to shoddy quality sink fixtures that plain old broke, tub drainage issues, grout wasn't properly sealed, and today's gem is we're now realizing the plumber didn't install shut off valves to a sink! I've called this company to provide feedback, and didn't receive a call back. Buyer beware! You've been warned! read more

The owner was very knowledgeable and had some excellent products. I replaced the 90's style counter tops in the kitchen and guest bathroom. This business had a great selection of exotic options at a phenomenal price when compared to other local contractors offering the same granite. Installation took place immediately and the owner was very relaxed about receiving payment. The installers were even going to return because we were receiving new appliances and the dishwasher was going to have to be mounted to the granite. A few days after installation, we made our final payment. While speaking with the owner, we mentioned setting up a time for the installers to come back and also noticed there were two large cracks in the granite. Thankfully, the veining in the granite hides it well (along with appliances being in front of both cracks). We also noticed the granite on the bar was sloping incorrectly. It also has a little give when leaning on it (not sure if that is common). The grouting in both the kitchen and bathroom were also poorly done. He said he would be coming by the house to check out the issue. This never happened and the installers never came back to finish the job. I went from being extremely impressed and even referring a neighbor during installation to being somewhat disappointed. read more
