I used Better Business Bureau to find local remodeling companies. I did this because I trust the BBB and I wanted a company which I would not pay if the job was not completed in accordance with the contract and my expectations; also, another reason to not hire a "friend." I called several companies and among all my projects, I had 11 quotes. I did not choose the cheapest. I chose the company that was the most responsive and seemed eager to do my work. I am glad I did. I choose Tile Metrics, located in Oviedo. I went to the shop and met with staff. My wife and I were able to choose all our products from this location. The store seems small and quite busy. Don't let that fool you. They have so much product and ideas to offer. Now to the important part. From beginning to end, the company stayed in contact with me. They emailed and sometimes called me almost daily to coordinate work, projects, and keep me informed. This was exactly what I wanted. They are also a one-stop shop in that they do almost all the work themselves. No separate contractors to deal with, just one single point of contact. Most of the work was done by an in-house crew, which if you do not know, is very important. The worker men that came to my house were clean cut, polite, professional, and did top notch work. Can you imagine having a remodel with almost no complaints? All you hear are horror stories about remodeling your home. Tile Metrics took care of everything. They did all the flooring in my house, including removing old tile and hardwood floors (dustless), new kitchen quartz countertops and back splash. Moved plumbing and electrical. Installed new toilets in 2 bathrooms. And a complete master bath remodel with everything new. The work was done quickly without delay. Once they started, they stayed on my project until it was done. For the parts of the projects they did not do in-house, the subs were equally good. As for price, they were fair and probably in the middle to lower end of all my quotes. I have no complaints, which is rare of me. I will be hiring Tile Metrics again in the future to complete more projects at my home, as soon as I save up more money.

Everyone had a great attitude. They were working hard, so I even jumped in to help unload some flooring and clean up a bit. That's not something I'd normally do, but they were just good people. The installation looked great, and they cleaned everything up before they left. I had to catch a flight the next day, so I didn't get a chance to inspect every room before leaving, but from what I saw, everything looked excellent. They even stayed late to make sure everything was finished before I had to leave for the airport. That meant a lot because my schedule was tight. I strongly regret using this company. What should have been a straightforward flooring installation…read moreturned into a nearly year-long nightmare involving **two separate installations**. The first installation was so poorly done that the flooring manufacturer had to become involved. Unfortunately, getting the installer to take responsibility and address the problems resulted in delays that stretched on for **almost a year**. After finally getting a second installation, many of the workmanship and property-care issues remained. The installation was riddled with basic quality problems: terrible miters, significant chip-out, inconsistently cut boards creating visible gaps, and excessive spacing along the walls that prevented the baseboards from being properly installed without additional flooring repairs. Multiple boards were not properly connected or leveled, leaving raised edges and lips that are noticeable and can be felt underfoot. Even more concerning, the installers glued down a floor that was designed to be floating. In other areas, they nailed directly through the flooring, damaging the boards and creating a potential injury hazard. There was also damage and mess throughout the property. My garden beds and landscaping were treated with very little care or respect. Dust, flooring debris, and construction waste were dumped against my trees and throughout the landscaped areas rather than being properly contained and cleaned up. This created additional cleanup and concern for my landscaping. What made the experience even more frustrating was the difficulty in getting these issues taken seriously. Despite the extensive problems with the original installation and the manufacturer's involvement, the installers apparently considered this their best work. That speaks volumes about the level of craftsmanship and quality control you can expect. This was not a case of a few minor cosmetic imperfections. It involved **two installations, extensive workmanship issues, damage to flooring and property, poor cleanup, unnecessary delays, and an exhausting process just to get the company to address problems with its own work.** I regret choosing this company. In hindsight, I should have spent the extra money on a higher-level installer with the craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail this type of project deserves. **If you value quality workmanship, accountability, and respect for your home and property, I strongly recommend considering other installers before hiring this company.**

The guys that came and did my floor worked really hard and did a great job of making it perfect. Someone must have accidentally tripped over the cord for my adjustable bed frame and the cord broke - I was really impressed that Creative Floors took care of it. The person we worked with was Bob who was just terrific! He was patient, helpful, and professional with us the whole way and made buying the flooring a real breeze. My whole experience was great. The experience started positively, as this company was recommended by family members who had…read morepreviously used them. Unfortunately, my experience did not fully meet expectations. When picking up my flooring from the warehouse, a forklift accidentally made contact with the tailgate of my truck. While the damage was ultimately resolved through insurance, it was an inconvenience. After the flooring had been installed for a few months, some boards cracked at a joint when a dresser was moved across the floor. I believed this issue would be covered under warranty, however, despite several attempts to request an inspection, I have not received a response.
