I called early to book a pedicure appointment for myself and 3 friends. We arrived 10 minutes early…read moreto our appointment that evening so we could pick our polish color and not make the technicians wait. We were rushed into chairs even though we arrived early. My nail tech did not speak to me once and was crazy distracted by another customer who had accidentally damaged one of her nails while putting on her shoes to leave. He literally had his head swiveled backwards and not looking at the poking device he had on my toe. My toenails are short and only needed a file but he took out the giant clippers and started cutting. I tried asking him to stop but he was not paying attention. Finally I said ouch and pulled my foot back. Fast forward to the polish, it was thick/old and clumped on my nail. He got up to put acetone in it and came back to continue painting. The rest of my nails look tie dyed as the polish was too thin now. As my friends and I got ready to leave, we tried paying at the counter but nobody was there so we went back to hand cash (cash or Venmo only accepted) your techs and they seemed confused and one had already left. Silver lining, we had an experience together we can all look back on and laugh about, but I would absolutely never return. It was FAR from relaxing and a child could have achieved a better outcome.

I had my wallet in my hand and a tiny gift bag from a little book store I'd made a purchase on. As we were looking throughout the store... this lady decided to yell at me to put the bag up at the front... as if I was some kind of thief. She shouted loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. My mom and I decided to leave because first of all who talks to GROWN ADULTS like that... secondly, how about being kind and not making someone feel like a complete criminal. And she has the personality, looks and figure that go along with them. And she is a super nice person to boot.
