I really wanted to overlook those issues and continue bringing my family here, but when there are problems almost every time we visit, it becomes too stressful. If you're a new patient, my advice is to verify that the office has confirmed they are in-network with your insurance BEFORE your appointment--even if your insurance company lists them as in-network. The office says they verify insurance the day before your visit and will contact you if they don't accept it. Naturally, you assume everything is fine if you never hear from them and no one mentions anything at check-in. However, in our experience, they sometimes verify your insurance while you're already there, only to tell you at checkout that they don't accept your insurance and that you're responsible for the full balance. In all fairness for this instance, the balance was finally written off after I complained about it. The same applies if you're having anything beyond a routine cleaning. Make sure they've verified whether the procedure is covered by your insurance BEFORE treatment begins. I repeatedly expressed my concerns and was always reassured that things would improve, but issues continued to happen. The office considers it a courtesy if they don't collect payment at checkout and offer various payment options to make your payment. I don't see that as accommodating when the situation could have been avoided with proper insurance verification beforehand. In one instance when my husband was given the "courtesy" to not pay at checkout, the moment he left his appointment, I received a text with photos of his invoice, the balance due, and a payment link. I was also told that because the insurance policy is in my name, I am responsible for his bill and I will be sent to collections if the bill is not paid, which I found frustrating. I understand mistakes happen, and I know times are difficult for many families. That's exactly why clear communication and accurate insurance verification are so important. Unfortunately, I was told I am the only one having these issues with the office, even though they kept occurring. It's disappointing because Dr. Mitchell is a great dentist. Sadly, the ongoing problems with the front office and billing have outweighed the quality of the dental care for my family. I'll be relieved once this final bill is paid and we can move on.

They did some miracles on my teeth today, after 5 days of intense throbbing and grinding pain from one molar I had that got infected. It was one of the few times I was excited to go see Dr. Singh as I knew that he and his staff would take good care of me, and I would have traded my arm and leg to get rid of the pain I went through on my own punching walls in my house to relocate it, even if it was just for a few seconds. Their staff if very professional and friendly, and their office is very large, with plenty of parking space and Hcap access, and you will even have a choice of media entertainment as they work on your teeth. I have no complaints at all for the cost as the Doctor and his team do such excellent work. Never short change yourself, especially when it comes to your teeth and body. I arrived with a severely infected tooth and facial swelling so significant that my phone's facial recognition would no longer recognize me. I was in excruciating pain, extremely anxious, and scared. I had explained my severe dental anxiety both on the phone and again while I was there. I was literally sitting in the room crying from fear, anxiety, and pain. The dentist who came into the room never even introduced himself to me. I was told I needed an X-ray that I had already explained I could not afford. It was done anyway, and almost immediately afterward I was approached about payment. I was then told the infected tooth needed to be drained. The dentist came into my room multiple times telling me he was going to numb me, only to leave again without doing it. Meanwhile, my face was extremely swollen, I was in terrible pain, and I was becoming increasingly distressed. Eventually, after repeatedly waiting for the treatment I had been told I needed, I got up and went toward the front to ask when the dentist was actually going to help me. Instead of showing any compassion for a patient who was clearly frightened and in pain, I was told that I "didn't want help" and was told to leave. I was kicked out of a dental office while suffering from a painful dental infection and significant facial swelling after they had already told me the infection needed to be drained. They offered nitrous oxide for my extreme anxiety, but I was told it would cost an additional $150. What upset me most, though, wasn't simply the cost. It was how I was treated while visibly terrified and in pain. The final insult was having a staff member laugh at me during the confrontation as I was being told to leave. I came there because I needed medical help. I did not expect special treatment. I expected basic dignity, communication, and compassion from healthcare professionals. Instead, I left humiliated, still in severe pain, still swollen, and without the treatment they themselves had told me I needed. No patient experiencing a dental emergency and severe anxiety should be made to feel ashamed, cheap, inconvenient, or disposable for asking when they are going to receive care. I will never return, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.

I make my appointments every 6 months and I love that I"m in and out quickly. I've never had any issues. I was introduced to Glee Dental by my mom last year when she had to receive some services. Let's just say, many of our family members are now patients there including myself. The staff is so kind, welcoming, professional, and are very transparent regarding any of the health information you should know about your oral care! Dr. O is the BEST in the game!! She educates you on what is going on and what she can/will do to help resolve many issues you may have. When receiving services, she and her Dental Hygienist/Assistants just make you feel comfortable while in the chair! May I add, she is the BEST at giving any sort of medication in the form of a shot; truly I barely feel a thing! They encourage and educate you on what you can do at home to prevent any further damages or concerns to your oral health. E X P E R I E N C E Called in on a Mon around 1pm to make an appt as a new patient. Rochelle was v friendly and quick. She put me in and asked me to complete check in paperwork and signed documents online, prior to my arrival. When I went in for my 7am appt, I was 10 mins late (drove past the complex lol) but the front desk lady was gracious about it. My hygienist Tracy was v sweet, talkative and easy to communicate with. My teeth felt v clean and polished, after she cleaned it. She referenced the XRs while she was cleaning. She noted that the WaterPik doesn't replace flossing (which I know but I'm literally the worst. That's just sooo much. First world probs. Ik. just ignore me). So she rec that I do waterpik at night and flossing in the morning. Sigh. I'll do my best.. Dr Sheth came timely to attend to me. She looked thru my XRs briefly, asked me if I had any concerns, then addressed them, specifically, with things I could do. I told her I had some sensitivity in my lower rear molars, on both sides. She said that I should brush my teeth in a circular manner w my electric toothbrush using Sensodyne, rinse with ACT (that she provided in a little take home care pkg), paint my molars with some Sensodyne, then put my retainers on. PS she also complimented me on my "beautiful teeth," and I almost died inside bc yaaass!! whenever someone says smtg, it makes me feel like the time, the money, the frustration, and literally the entire lifetime of orthodontics was worth it (so vain but whatever. fight me). I was told by Tracy that Dr Sheth does prefer a more conservative approach, but is open to my concerns. B E D S I D E M A N N E R My hygienist Tracy was v sweet, personable. We talked about a variety of topics and she was still prompt to do her job. I love that. Fantastic multi tasking skills. Dr Sheth seemed v busy but she did try to connect w me, asking how my day was/my job but I didn't want to take too much of her or the Tracy's time so I kept it short. Lots of eye contact. V caring and seemed quite knowledgeable. The front desk lady, that helped check me out, was v friendly and quick. She confirmed that I had my follow up appt, then told me I'm good to go. L O C A T I O N TIP: this bldg is BEFORE the intersection (so if you pass it (like my unknowing a**, youll have to drive down two blocks, u turn, then drive back 3 blocks, u turn, then turn right into the plaza). When you enter into the complex, Don't turn left (you'll see a set of double doors. This is the main entrance. IGNORE IT)! TIP: when you turn into the complex, drive straight and park on the 'lower level.' (best near the end of the parking lot. Then if you walk in through the 'lower level' set of double doors, you'll see the dentist office to your right. P A R K I N G Ample. I'd say at least 40 some parking spaces? And theyre all v close and wheelchair accessible, to the bldg. I N T E R I O R Interior is clean. Spacious. There is seating inside the office to the right and straight, you'll see the front desk. I didn't quite pay attention to the wall art or anything like that bc I was a little ruffled. I N F E C T I O N P R E V E N T I O N Upon my arrival, they called me to check me in. I waited outside the office before it was my turn to be brought directly into the room. They checked my temperature before I entered. Hand sanitizer was available in the little room I was in. I don't remember if it was available on the front desk. I didn't see them clean any surfaces so I'm not sure if they sanitize all high touch surfaces like computer, light, cabinet doors, etc. But I did see my hygienist open a sterilized package for an item that she ended up needing. They have a cool gadget (idk what its called) but basically its this huge hose that they put next to your face that pulls the aerosolized particles into it and then filters it thru 5 hepa filters (that's what my hygienist told me at least). That's cool. I appreciate that this practice cares. Doesn't hurt to be more safe than sorry right? Also there are clear acrylic barriers placed on the front desk to protect the front desk employees. Love that they care about their employees as well! P R I C E Annual cleaning: included in my insurance. I did not pay anything out of pocket during this visit.

Unacceptable Experience and Concerns Regarding Hygiene and Billing…read more I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent dental cleaning appointment. My experience was highly concerning due to misrepresentation regarding insurance coverage, questionable billing practices, and, most alarmingly, a severe lack of sterile protocol from the dental assistant. From the outset, I was informed that my routine cleaning would be free as the office was in-network with my insurance carrier. However, when I inquired about potential charges, the staff was evasive and unclear, which immediately raised a red flag. The most concerning aspect of my visit was the dental assistant. She appeared to be new and demonstrated a profound lack of awareness and training. She repeatedly failed to hear or respond to the dentist's instructions, requiring him to repeat himself multiple times. Her hygiene practices were particularly alarming: * She frequently put her gloved fingers in my mouth, then immediately touched the computer screen, and then returned her same gloves to my mouth. * She handled the X-ray gun with these same contaminated gloves, touched the screen again, and then put her fingers back in my mouth. * At one point, she put a pen in her mouth and then proceeded to put her fingers back in my mouth. This blatant disregard for sterile technique significantly increased my anxiety during the appointment. Following this, the dentist informed me that I had tartar and inflammation only on the right side of my mouth and recommended a deep cleaning costing $720. Given the previous issues and my knowledge of my own dental health, this assessment felt disingenuous. I immediately expressed my desire for a second opinion, as I was confident there was no such issue, especially confined to only one side. My insurance plan covers two cleanings per year at no cost. After leaving your office, I promptly scheduled an appointment with another in-network dentist, where I received a proper and thorough cleaning without any issues. However, shortly after my visit to your office, I developed a sore throat, which I strongly suspect was a direct result of the dental assistant's unsanitary practices and cross-contamination. I urge you to address these serious issues immediately, particularly the unhygienic practices of your staff. No patient should be subjected to such a risk of infection. I also recommend a review of your billing transparency and the accuracy of your dental assessments. To the smooth dentist aka Bollywood: don't have your staff lie and say you're in network when you're not. That's fraud. Scamming money from your patients will bring you nothing but bad karma ok Bollywood. So don't do it. Be honest you'll be a better person.
