They asked me to try to resolve it with Stewart's before I put in an official claim. So I called and "tried" to speak to a manager. She was borderline yelling and talking over me, wouldn't really let me finish a sentence, saying " No one spent $125 here I was here all day." She wouldn't do anything except yell at me apparently. So I put in a claim with my bank and waiting for that to go through. Moral of the story: I no longer trust Stewart's on Lucas Ave because there is no clarity as to what happened to the $125.00. It's too bad because I've been a customer there for 20+ years. Never again!
