After five x-rays as well as countless other tests (all being in succession - one after the other), NOT ONE test had proven to be effective. The only information our family received was the BILL. Six thousand dollars and two weeks later, no advancements were made and when the staff was questioned about her state of health, they were hesitant to answer. Once our family decided to question why no results were being presented, as per these ongoing tests that were clearly on the bill, the staff had sent us legal documents that stated we would not be able to take legal action. I told them how I haven't been working much and I've been putting off getting medication cause I can't afford to bring them to the vet for a checkup and medication. So they asked me 100 questions to figure out what kind of worms it was, and then allowed me to come get medication instead of spending money I didn't have to spend on an appointment. They truly care about your animals, they have always put my animals needs first and spending my money second. This is how a business, especially a healthcare (animal healthcare included), should be run!!!
