I've noticed some of the machines have been down various times that i've gone through, but most of the time all their equipment is in good working order. They have complimentary drying towels and vinyl cleaner and glass cleaner for their customers to use. The vacuums have multiple attachments and the suction seems to be pretty good. Prices are pretty fair and they have monthly and multiple car discounts.

Our repair through USAA and the Loveland statement about their self inflated "customer service" is fabricated. The worst customer service I have received, and I do not live in Loveland I am closer to Colorado Springs-but the repair done on the road-had to take to nearest dealership. Based on this experience I have to say they have failed epically and I question wether service tech just blew me off and has not sent Caliber Collision estimate to "upper Management as claimed" I'm sick of this frickin' hassle and epic customer service failure-and physical repair a failure. Down a quart low. Called Loveland Subaru Service to tell them what happened...no apologies, no offer to clean engine, no offer of refund for botched oil change... nothing.
