My wife and I spent one night here. Everyone was helpful and the room was fine, but the best part for us was the open land beyond the hotel. Overall a great experience at the Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Eads! We were able to check in early and staff was super friendly (we spent a fair amount of time just chatting when we checked in!). Breakfast was excellent the next morning and overall the property was clean and modern looking. The only criticism was when I asked for a later check-out (by an hour, to 12PM) and the younger woman at the desk that morning tried to charge me $25, when clearly the hotel was not at capacity and an hour wouldn't have made any difference; this is the experience gap between someone newer like she was and the more experienced staff who checked us in the night before (forget her name but she was EXTREMELY professional and has an amazing customer service voice and attitude!). This is why it's 4 stars as opposed to 5. If I am in Eads again the Cobblestone is where I will be staying! read more

Beautiful facility. Staff was super friendly. Great breakfast. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Our tiny dog was welcome.

The bed was uncomfortable... Way too soft..., There was no hot water for the shower, and the side entry door would not let you in from the outside. At breakfast they did not have any plates The coffee was warm, We had to ask them For eggs, And the biscuits were hard. Nobody seemed to be in charge of what was going on. read more

Loved this place. Driving from Denver to Texas the overnight stay here was great. The prices are excellent, very clean rooms. Staff was incredibly polite as well. They have a decent amount of food and the prices for the food is actually good. Breakfast in the morning is good as well and plenty of options to choose from. Would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else passing through or looking for a cheaper option then in Lamar. read more

We were driving through Eads looking for a hotel and happened upon the Cobblestone Inn and Suites. It looked new and clean, so we checked it out, and liked what we saw. The lobby and check-in clerk were warm and inviting, and the rates were good. We were pleased to find the room immaculately clean. A bonus is that there is a dining room for a complimentary breakfast which was delicious as well as a nice evening menu and a wine and beer counter. My husband had a hamburger and I had an absolutely delicious hot Ruben sandwich on fresh marbled rye bread. Both came with a choice of potato salad, chips, or beans. It was seriously delicious, AND we didn't have to leave the hotel! We also have a small well behaved dog who was welcomed! We highly recommend this hotel! We will look for other Cobblestone Inn and Suites in our travels. read more

Not happy at all! We are a group in town for a state swim meet in Lamar. We have approximately half the hotel booked out for 2-3 nights. We spoke to the staff about having breakfast ready and available at 6 AM because the swim meets starts at 7 AM and the day staff agreed. When 30-40 of us went down at 6AM the night clerk rudely told us that in no way would they open up breakfast early. Not even cold cereal or yogurt. Cobblestone's hospitality and customer service stinks! We will NOT be back and I cannot recommend this place at all! read more

Overall it was a nice room. The bathtub in our room could use some maintenance. The drain was crusted over (maybe some CLR). The shower faucet was loose and felt like it was going to come off when you pull on it to turn on the shower. But we slept well. read more

I'm very disappointed the trip advisor reviews gave it a high rating. We checked in at around 9:30 PM and booked the Suite it cost 119.00 before taxes the website listed it for 99.00. There was hair in the shower and in the shower drain kinda gross. The air conditioner did not keep the room cool and was so loud it kept waking us up all night. The next morning when we checked out we told the front desk personal the problems. The response was.."We will mention it to maintenance" Overall the room was fairly clean the couch in the front room had stains and was kinda broken down. Placed reservation on line. Had confirmation number and email from cobblestone. Upon arrival my reservation was not there. Not a problem since the hotel was nearly empty. However could have been an issue if it had not been. The girl who checked us in was very accommodating and gets 5 stars. Room was clean and nice. The morning was a different experience however, I checked out at 4:30 AM as I needed to be in Denver at 7:15 - I wanted my invoice. But the desk clerk was sleeping soundly on the couch in the reception area AND had a Doberman on another chair who was growling at me and my wife. I made some noise to try to wake the dude up but the dog only growled louder and raised up higher out of the chair. As I did not need a confrontation I quickly left. It was an unnerving experience and I did not feel safe. I called a little later and the girl who answered the phone was very accommodating and emailed me the invoice. She also gets 5 stars. The night auditor needs to be replaced. He was sleeping on the job!! read more

After a long day of driving (14 hrs) the Cobblestone Inn was a Blessed sight. We were greeted by a beautiful angel named Blanca. She was extremely helpful and super friendly. So customer service receives 5 stars from me. The rooms and accommodations were pristine, in fact they rival my favorite hotel chain Marriott. The rooms, linens and cleanliness also receive 5 stars. You won't regret pulling off and relaxing here at the Cobblestone. read more

This is my 5th stay here in Eads Co, the staff is always super friendly and even the locals come and hang out most evenings in the lounge-bar area. Rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable and rooms include fridge micro and DVD player . Only 2 negatives breakfast needs help: eggs are either powdered or from a carton (and you can really taste the difference) and if you sleep in don't expect breakfast to be well stocked. 2nd negative is no onsite swimming pool but there is a community pool 2 blocks away available (for $5?) This hotel is so nice. Everything is clean and new. The staff is delightful and very helpful. It's a very small town and we were tired when we arrived. They served us the most delicious pizza and they had an assortment of beer and wine available. We slept great. read more
