On the morning of our departure, we had gotten quite a bit of snow, but the plow didn't show up until after 10am when the front desk staff called them to ask if they could come. I thought they would have been there earlier. We ended up staying another night due to the weather (icy roads). Be warned that the only food in walking distance is a Carl's Jr. The lobby does offer a small market with microwavable meals and some chips, snacks, and cookies. The hot continental breakfast in the morning has lots to offer- yogurt, fruit, biscuits, eggs, Canadian bacon, and fresh hot coffee. If we ever find ourselves in Burlington again, we'll definitely stay here.

As a travel agent and event planner I highly recommend this location for small weddings, family reunions, murder mystery dinners, etc. With 10 different rooms to choose from, which they just updated, you can go back multiple times and have a different experience each time.
