Once we got to the hotel, Kyla was super helpful and kind and got us checked in quickly. We travel with my mom who has health issues so once she is tired, We must get her into a bed, and quick. She communicated about check out times and the breakfast. The room was spotless clean, what a housekeeping Crew They Must have. Great job! Extra towels and washcloths were great to have to clean up quick. Now, we had a king size bed with the pull out sofa. The kind size bed was Dreamy to Lay across and sprawl out! The sheets were clean and crisp and perfect to Sleep on. The room temperatures were great! I slept like a baby and woke up refreshed. We plan to come back on the way back! My reservation ended up being canceled, which was non refundable and I was told to rebook online, which I did. I was double charged. She said the manager told her it had to be done this way. When I talked to the manager, she said there was nothing she could do about it. She wouldn't comp a room for next time or anything. I stay in Rugby every 4-8 weeks. The manager was very rude, no customer service. It also took at least 15 minutes to get any hot water and then it didn't even last 1 shower. None of us will stay here again. We will stay next door at the Cobblestone. I can't believe this place is still open. I bet it wouldn't be if it weren't for the bar and restaurant under different management.
