Once we got to the hotel, Kyla was super helpful and kind and got us checked in quickly. We travel with my mom who has health issues so once she is tired, We must get her into a bed, and quick. She communicated about check out times and the breakfast. The room was spotless clean, what a housekeeping Crew They Must have. Great job! Extra towels and washcloths were great to have to clean up quick. Now, we had a king size bed with the pull out sofa. The kind size bed was Dreamy to Lay across and sprawl out!
