On two different stay the breakfast has lacked anything. What is provided is only from heating up in a microwave and it is over microwaved. There was not hardly any pastries only one left and never any orange juice or other juices. The hot food was always empty. No pepper no spoons no knives no bread. The milk to make cereal was spoiled. Clean room, bathroom sink was semi-clogged. Hot water at sink but shower was tepid at best. Nothing worse than taking a cool shower on a -5 degree day. I can't express how nice the people are here. They are more than accommodating. The lady spent at least 30 minutes explaining everything and giving me fun ideas for my two year old. Great customer service!!!! The hotel is beautiful. Definitely get the suite. It is a $10 difference and awesome. It is like a small one bedroom apartment. It includes full size fridge, dishwasher, and comes with kitchen gear. The hotel is really clean and was practically empty! The allow dogs so your fur babies can come too! It is a $15 charge per dog up to two. They have to be under 30 lbs. I can't say enough nice things about the hotel staff. If you need to stay in Holyoke you have to stay here!!!!! read more

We recently made a trip to Holyoke, Colorado and were fortunate enough to select the better of two local motels. Upon arrival at the motel we were greeted by Bailey who addressed ALL of our needs in a timely, professional and courteous manner. We understand that Bailey will be the new motel manager and she is extremely deserving of the promotion. We did not have a similar experience during a previous trip when we had to stay at the "other" motel. The Cobblestone room was clean and quiet and our only concern was the overly-salty Canadian bacon for breakfast one morning. Otherwise all of the breakfast selections were fine, especially having Seattle's Best coffee, which is what we drink at home (and decaf was available for me). And there were an adequate number of outlets in our room so we could charge our various electronics; the wifi worked perfectly as well. We may be returning to the area at the end of the year for our granddaughter's wedding and we know that we will be making a reservation at Cobblestone Inn & Suites. read more

in planning a trip for a Memorial service to be held in Holyoke, I contacted this hotel and spoke with Claudia. She was so helpful and kind with reserving 2 rooms for my sister and me. One room was set up very nicely for one person's handicapped needs. Both rooms were clean and had more than we expected, fridge, microwave, large TV, coffee maker and plenty of USB ports. We especially enjoyed the restaurant/bar because the server was so proficient and patient. There were about 20 people at different times where she had to satisfy our drink and food orders by herself. Checking out couldn't have been easier. I would definitely recommend a stay here. read more

Needed a place quick for the night before the eclipse after the Budget Host in Julesburg cancelled my reservation. By some miracle, Cobblestone had a room available. Affordable, friendly, clean, nice room. What more could you ask for? Waffles. You could ask for waffles. And Cobblestone would give you waffles. Rooms come with a hot breakfast, including a waffle station. Normally, breakfast is served at 6. But because they had some many people looking for an early start the morning of the eclipse. they served starting at 4:45. Anyone can run a nice hotel (except the people who run the Budget Host in Julesburg, the Rickoli Brewery of hotels). But finding the staff to serve breakfast 75 minutes early is above and beyond. Honestly, I'll probably never be back in Holyoke. But if I am, I know where I'm staying. read more

have a room booked here and called to book another room for same time period. When I called the phone rang over 30 times and no one picked up. Then tried to call again. they answered in about 4 rings. The front desk clerk sure was not paying attention to what I was saying. after telling her my name about 4 time she still was saying it wrong. I could also hear that she was also trying to take care of someone else at the same time. She already had all the info on fill when I booked the room yet she was still trying to get the info again. Like why. I told her I needed one more room for a certain date. She keep wanting to give me three room. I keep saying NO NO NO. just one room. Wow now not sure if want to stay here. Nice place, way more than I expected driving into this creepy town at night. I was charged $25 for my dog even though the HotelTonight app (from which I booked the room) description said "Dogs OK, no fee." Had I known there was a fee I may have chosen a hotel nearer the freeway. Anyway, after driving 18 hours today, I'm tired. Breakfast better be decent tomorrow. read more

Very disappointed in the service I received. I arrived late after a long day of driving and working (9:15pm) and had not yet had dinner. The person working the lounge--which doesn't close until 11:30 and still had 5 guests drinking--would not serve me food. She had chosen to clean the kitchen early. Despite telling me that there wasn't a single open restaurant or fast food place open passed 9pm, she did not want to have to clean again. She sent me to the gas station for chips! Considering there were people drinking in the bar until nearly 10:30, you'd think she would want to take care of all guests since she was still there anyway. She couldn't be bothered to clean her pizza pan again, instead looked me in the face and said she cleaned early and didn't want to fix anything for me. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again. read more

Very nice hotel. I would compare it to a nice Hampton Inn. The bar and grill was a nice surprise, and I used it twice while in town working, would not have been able to get a meal anywhere else late at night. The beer and liquor list is extensive for this kind of place. The shower was good, the bed was alright, a little hard for me. The room was excellent, and had a fridge and microwave built in. Breakfast was typical. Staff was very friendly. I will start to use this hotel chain in the future. My only complaints, and believe me I'm now nit picking. The shower head could be upgraded to compete with their competitors Hampton Inn/Holiday Inn Express. The chair at the desk sits low, even on its highest setting, to the desk. I'm 6' and my arms were below the desk. The food at the grill could be revamped to be a little better. I ordered a burger, it wasn't that great, and I'm pretty sure they microwaved it . A George Foreman Grill would be an improvement. But again, I was thankful to have that over a TV dinner from a gas station. read more

Very clean, good-quality hotel. Staff and management are very accommodating. Room was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was adequate for the COVID-19 era. Only issue is that opening the door to the room was very difficult - overly sensitive door handle - you had to turn the door lever just right, or it wouldn't open. But kudos to the front desk for coming up with helping with this issue. And this was $50 cheaper than the same hotel in Wray, CO, located about a half-hour south. Definite recommend. read more

Had to stay overnight in Holyoke and happened onto the Cobblestone Inn. We checked in with Corina who was very nice and very helpful. The Rome she selected for us was a lovely two room suite - a very nice surprise, it was well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen and a clean and spacious living and sleeping room. We ate and drank at the bar which was a perfect ending to a long and busy day. Will stay here again. read more
