This is my favorite course in the Columbia area. From the pro shop staff to the bag drop chaps, the ground crew and the restaurant staff...you are met with competence and genuine warmth. The course is in superb shape from tee to green. It's a challenging design which forces a thoughtful approach and every type shot. The natural beauty and contour of the land is used to maximum benefit. Well done.

Beautiful Subdivision, Amazing Swimming Pool with Bar and Snacks, Golf Course, and Clubhouse just recently opened.

This is a really beautiful neighborhood in Blythewood next to I-77. It's a private community with a golf course, but they do let others come in to enjoy some of the amenities. I don't have a home there but I do have a membership. I absolutely love the swimming pool. It's really beautiful. Nice bar with snacks and sandwiches. It's also not crowded during the week days, but is on weekends. The clubhouse just opened up a few months ago. It overlooks the golf course. It's very beautiful too. I've eaten a few meals there and they were good, but they still have a few things to work on to be completely up to standards. It's getting there though. I really like this place and I do plan to renew my membership again for next year.

Great course. Fun and professional staff. The food is good if you don't mind paying restaurant prices for bar quality fare.

The restaurant is open and the burgers are by far the best in the Columbia area. Absolute best at any country club.

I travel all over the country and this might be the best value I've ever had for a golf course.

We recently moved to Blythewood, SC and was excited to learn about Oak Hills, and that it was just…read more10 minutes from our new home. I dropped in one day to check it out, not play. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The club house grounds were nice. It's winter so the holes I could see from the club house looked dormant, but very nice. On the drive in there is a driving range and short game/chipping area on the right. There a very nice putting only green directly behind the club house. Today I played with a friend and was a little disappointed, but still enjoyed the round. Even the other golfers we talked with on the course were very friendly. The fairways were nice, very wide, open, rolling and hilly. The greens were nice and somewhat fast. Stay below the hole on your putts if possible. The sand traps I found had lots of sand. There are no houses on the course. The holes are outlined with hardwood trees. I am looking forward to playing again soon, and looking forward to how beautiful it will be when all the trees are full of leaves. The negatives are; as with many semi-private golf courses the cart paths suffer. These were cracking and very rough in many places. Some parts of the paths have pavers. In some places the pavers are missing. I feel courses like these should just pull up the concrete and try to maintain the dirt path that would be left. Or just add gravel or pea gravel. There also some very rough areas away from the cart path areas too. There are creeks and canals running adjacent and across some of the holes that are completely dry. No water at all. Makes it easy to find you ball if it finds one, buts takes away some of the beauty if they had water in them. It maybe a seasonal reason for them being dry, IDK. This course is a huge bargain for the $33 paid as a senior. I look forward to playing here many more times in 2026.

If chaos had a happy place, it would be Frankie's Fun Park…read more We rolled in deep--pizza plates stacked like trophies, Coca-Cola cups multiplying faster than gremlins after midnight, balloons floating like they had their own agenda. The vibe? Birthday party meets family reunion meets "just one more ride." Food: The pizza was doing its job. Big slices, greasy in the best way, and absolutely necessary fuel before unleashing kids (and adults) onto go-karts. Nobody left hungry. That alone deserves a star. Party setup: Long tables, shiny tablecloths, balloons everywhere, and enough space to spread out without feeling rushed. It felt organized but still fun--like someone said, "Let them be loud, just keep the pizza coming." Go-karts: Listen. These kids took the track seriously. Focused faces, death grips on the steering wheels, living their Fast & Furious dreams. Outside track + night lights = elite combo. I saw confidence unlocked in real time. Rides & games: Spinning. Flashing. Laughing. Screaming. Someone always yelling, "WAIT FOR ME!" Another person waving at the camera like they're in a music video. Zero boredom detected. ‍‍‍ Overall: Perfect for birthdays, big groups, teens, families, and anyone who enjoys controlled chaos with snacks. It's loud, it's energetic, and it's exactly what it promises to be--pure fun. Would I go again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it? Already have. Would I leave with pizza grease on my hands and a smile on my face? Guaranteed. Frankie's understood the assignment.

There were a lot options for people from elementary school aged to adults. You could bring an infant but not to participate, obviously.
