I needed to have groceries delivered to my niece as she was sick. I live 150 miles away. I'm not an online shopper and had no idea how it worked. After trying to figure it out and talking to the store customer service in Isanti and St Cloud. And not getting the help I needed I called and asked for Katie the store director. Katie was wonderful and very patient with. She helped all she could and then gave me a number To call. That gal was also very helpful. i wish more stores had director like KATIE! She is a blessing! Moved to Isanti Minnesota in June 2024 and looked for a local grocery store. Found Coborn's.....was just ok and average. Since the 1.5 years we've been going there for groceries it has continued to decline dramatically. Store not stocked very well with many items continually low or out of stock. Distilled water, large ketchup, bathroom supplies, toothpaste and many other items always out of stock or very low supply. Many items in the store are continually out of date and expired, but still sitting on the shelf to be sold. Activia yogurt, milk, dairy products, salad croutons, produce, the list goes on. This is pathetic to not purge these items so consumers don't spend their hard earned money on expired products! Store arrangement of items is just weird.......makes zero sense compared to other grocery stores. Items like Ketchup you need to practically stand on your head on the bottom shelf to get a bottle, with other seldom used condiments in easy view and reach, why???? Popular brands are eliminated in favor of generics that are not as good or as high of quality. Some, not all, of the staff is rude and very cold.......no welcome or Hi, they walk right by you and at checkout throw items down the belt like it's a NASCAR race. I won't even mention the convoluted way to purchase their gasoline to get their advertised discount. We now drive 12-miles to North Branch to get our groceries........we won't shop at Coborn's any longer! Unless they clean up the place and make changes. It's obviously a management issue as these issues can easily be remedied but they don't seem to care at all. Bye Bye Coborn's! read more

I stopped to get a coffee at Caribou. However I noticed the place was well-maintained very classy like ski resort lodge. They had a very :-) staff everywhere. Since it's COVID-19 times they had plexiglass at all cashiers which is very smart and very protective of their customers and staff. What caught my attention was the dairy section with the floor it looks like a cow skin. It made my day. It made me smile up to five minutes after I left. The store was very clean. It has a gas station and the pharmacy to. Easy to park and get in. Excellent location next to the highway. read more

My favorite grocery store. They have a specialized area that will chop up veggies or fruit for you. They have an amazing deli that you can order from, so you don't have to wait and you get fresh food. Their bakery is killer, lot's and lot's of sugary treats. The meat department is well if you eat meat you have to stop here. They always have variety. They have a sushi department, which is amazing. Added bonus there is a Caribou right in the store. read more

When I go to Coborns I alway bring home some chicken for the marketplace, it really is good. I have been going to the Coborn's in Isanti from the very first day they open. I also go you their pharmacy. Love the store and love the people that work there. I call it "my" store. I also get a cup of wonderful caribou coffee every time I go into the store. Love their deli and hot food section. Their burgers are very good. Love all the fresh meat and the ready to make meat they ahve.

Has everything you need, but expensive. They have some unique items, but overall other big box stores are going to be better priced.

Wow, Isanti, How did you luck out?! This grocery store is GREAT and I will even drive up from Blaine (once in a while) to check it out and see if they have anything 'fun'. On a recent trip I found a GREAT deal on a pork roast and what I recall being 'sauerkraut pumpernickel' bread - which I looked at and put back (trying to avoid bread) and when I went back for it it was GONE! Boo!! Bakery looked good (again, avoiding bread, Grr). Meat department looked good (with some pre-cooked options for quick dinners), and you can buy a giant piece of Amish butter which I bet is delicious. Blaine, despite being a 'big' suburb has absolute garbage for grocery stores. If you live near this Coborns you should be grateful!! Oh. My biggest peeve was that I had to use the restroom and it was upstairs! They have an elevator for handicap access but it wasn't very obvious where it was or even where the bathrooms were located. For the most part I can find everything I need here and I love the gas rewards. The four brothers line they carry is a staple in our house. Their deli and prepared food are delicious, along with the pizza and chicken stations. When I just don't have it in me to cook, I know I can go here and find something quick and delicious for the family and buy some salad stuff if I don't have it, for some strange reason. read more

W O O H O O !! ! We now have our very own Coborns in ISANTI ! It's a miracle. What a delightful market to have here in our small town. Truly a deluxe operation, first class all the way. Lots of friendly staff today, we'll check again in a couple months :-) It was pretty busy today, opening day, but this place is HUGE. Wide aisles, squeeky clean, lots of staff, rows upon rows of staples and other interesting products. and a wonderful counter with dinner entrees ready to pop in the oven. Gosh darn good grocery store. Really like the SmokeHouse meats and accoutrements in the back. Was a pretty good selection in their deli and market for eating in the store or To-Go. Lots of made to order sandwiches and oven pizzas or a large selection of hot foods and salad bar (both were only 6.99/lb). There is even a Caribou Coffee shop so you get out all in one place for lunch. read more

I'm glad this store is near me. I decided to try the online ordering service that allows pickup right in their parking lot. The online portion was very easy to navigate, and I found items I wanted. I'm not going to fuss about the order being incomplete, because we are in a world of social distancing and previously unknown shortages. As the new grocery store in town, everyone is buzzing about coborns! The fresh food is worth it for sure. However, the middle aisles are over priced. My favorite is the meat counter and the fruits and veggies. Pretty sure there are ancient druids working in the bakery as well. read more
