Last time came through I picked up a chuck roast that I smoked and then put into a soup. The meat was fall apart in the mouth. I've got some brats and pork chops that are ready to go when the rain stops. When I last went, I was about three hours out from getting home and my portable cooler was in my wife's car. I asked if they sold the cooler bags but they do not. They hooked me up with a box and a couple of small bags of ice and it worked out great. You don't know where the meat was sourced from and you don't know the conditions that it was processed under. They carry Boars Head deli meat and cheeses. Boars Head is high quality and always sliced fresh in front of you. They have the best fresh brats I've ever had. All of their fresh meat is top-notch.
