I dropped off on a Thursday or Friday and was able to pick up on Monday (9/2025). Trousers appear to be clean and pressed just fine. I was emailed and texted when they were ready. The location was in a strip mall and was easy to find with ample parking. There was handicap parking right out front. The cost for one pair of trousers was $13.66.

They also have two racks of organized hangers available to take as needed so if you are like us and traveling, these really came in very handy. The washer and dryers can be used with coins or credit cards which is great! In addition, the washers and dryers come in a variety of sizes so you can run small to extra large loads. Where we ran into a little trouble is using one of the dryers. We used the larger load dryer but we only had a small to medium size load. We ran the dryer twice and our clothes were still wet. We didn't see an attendant so we decided to switch to a different dryer and that dryer actually dried the clothes. As we were leaving we did see an attendant and mentioned the issue with the machine. She immediately offered to refund our money and said she would put a note in the machine for repair. We thought that was very nice of her. Overall we were impressed with this laundromat and the customer service.

She explained what care could be done and that their vintage restoration department would be involved. Pat, the seamstress, did an awesome job of mending my areas of concern and I personally met with her at the Woodbury location to adjust the hem of the coat lining. She too was friendly and patient. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional alteration experience that I encountered from Patt ,…read moreone of the alteration specialists at this Woodbury location. I have used two other St. Croix Cleaners branches over the past several years for regular dry cleaning, and been satisfied with their regular dry cleaning. But my body shape has changed with age, and I found that I have shrunk, both in waist size (positively) and height (negatively). I decided to have five pair of pant legs shortened, and took them to one of my regular SCC branches, which forwarded them on to this Woodbury location for the alteration work. I received an unexpected telephone call from a Pat, an alteration specialist at the Woodbuiryc branch, expressing concern over the work order she had received along with the five pair of pants. She said that the current inseams of the pants ranged between 27" and 32.5", a range of 5.5", yet the work order stated that all of the five pants should be reduced by the same amount, 2.5". She explained that the result would be pant legs ranging from 24.5" to 30". She said she was prepared to do that if I wanted them done that way, but she thought it was an unusual request, and just wanted to be sure that I really wanted that much variation in the pant legs. I replied that I wasn't unaware of the wide variation in the pant lengths, and had just told the clerk at my local branch to shorten all of them by 2.5". Pat went on to explain that pants are designed differently depending on how they were to be worn, and if I wanted each pair to look its best, they should be altered depending on how they were to be worn. We agreed that I should come in for a fitting before she did any work. I did that, and was measured while wearing each pair so that they would come out looking the way I wanted them to look after the alterations. I am very impressed by that quality of customer service and attention to detail. I sure am glad that Pat made the effort to be sure that I would be pleased with the final result. I will return to her with any additional alteration work, and after I told my wife about my experience, she will be bringing her work to Pat as well.
