David does sloppy work and takes zero pride in anything he does. he left gaping holes around a…read morebrand new a/c unit that I asked him to install. made it seem like he was going to trim it out and put up 2x4 to hold it, that never happened, he did not nail fascia at a corner so just one good gust of wind will send that to wherever. left gaping hole in siding around the pet door and installed ridge cap that has a section of about 18" of what he said is dirt looks like paint of tan with green, sticks out like sore thumb. why would anyone install that ? why wouldn't you clean it before installing it if it was just dirt?then takes a picture of the backside of it to show it's all one color and make it look complete. i think he smoked more than he worked with all of the cigarette butts he left around and then I watched him and his wife pick through and take whatever they wanted to help themselves to around my larger barn on camera. I called him out on it. he wouldn't look at me then he had the nerve to ask to leave his truck on my property bcuz it wasnt working. next day he comes and drives away leaving the job incomplete with so much wrong. I asked him if he would leave his place looking like that. he said my place is a mess, like he doesn't care is what I gathered. and he doesn't care that he was being paid to complete a job and left it looking wreckless. . I would be embarrassed leaving my name behind on the work he did. his quality of work is not even worth a one star, if there were negative stars he would get a negative 1,000.

Also, each day they finished the days work, they picked up the trash and materials. We hired them just over 6 months ago and when they finally got the materials in for our project they were here within a day of the materials being delivered. When the work was about to begin, I asked George if the crew would be able to install two windows I bought in part of our attic that was unfinished but open studs so an easy install and he said not a problem and did not charge for it even though it wasn't in the agreed scope of work. And despite this, George is a wonderful man, and I would hire him and his company again without any concerns or hesitation. We couldn't be more satisfied with them.

They worked all day on a Saturday to get ahead of a serious rainstorm forecast for the next day. In addition, they also replaced the flashing under an exterior door along with some adjacent siding. As often happens, they discovered and fixed some additional problems while doing these repairs, such as a small fix to skylight flashing that (hopefully) solved a leak that wasn't even on their original scope of work. The final cost was only a little more than their original estimate (very reasonable). We were very impressed with AHE's communication and work ethic.
