Having just vistited Terroni in Toronto a week ago, I must say that my opinion of Cocelli Pizza , after 4 visits, exceeds that of the famous Terroni's. Coccelli's dough is delictible, soft and airy. They use just the perfect amount of tangy, and well seasoned sauce. Their cheese has a high-quality bitterness to it with an incredible stretch factor and the pepperoni always cups, curls and crisps to give you that perfect bacony savoury that we all pine for. Worst panzerotti ever!!! It seemed effortlessly made. It had very little toppings and no sauce. The shell was almost see-through due to deep fry. They serve it to you on a tray and paper which slowly rips off and winds up in little pieces for you to eat. Dude also had very poor customer service skills. Never again! read more

Been to this place before for their panzerottis, sad to see it going down hill and the cooks not caring about what they sell or serve out to customers. I got a panzerotti that didn't have any breading!! Is that not the whole point of one ?? It felt like a tortilla shell wrap that was filled with grease/oil with some pizza toppings inside . I honestly ate 4 bites and felt sick after . I also had to use a fork and a knife to eat my cheese filled bites. Forget the 1.50$ in dipping sauce because trying to dip melted cheese into dipping sauce is just impossible. I guess there isn't any standards here when sending out food. We go here on a regular basis as we love their walk in special. Normally you can only get pepperoni or cheese, but here, you can get any topping you want. We have tried a lot of different items from the menu and they are all pretty good. The panz is pretty epic!! They tend to be very busy, but I have never had an issue with the timing. Just moved into the area and ordered their walk-in special while walking around the plaza. Medium one topping pizza walk-in was 7.99, large was 9.99. When we arrived to pick up the pizza, which was fairly quick, even after driving around 5-10mins backhome, pizza was still hot and fresh! The pizza was exceptionally good. Reminded me of pizza nova quality. The toppings were generous and I love their tomato sauce. Definitely my go to pizza in the Sharon area. read more

This was the first time my family and I ever ate at Cocelli's Pizza. We weren't sure what the pizza was going to taste like since there were many mixed reviews. In my opinion, I think that the pizza at Cocelli's was good. I have had better pizza before, but the pizza here was still fresh and tasty. The wings we ordered also tasted good, they tasted better than some of the other people described them. We had our food delivered to our house. The delivery guy was nice and our pizza was still hot when they delivered it. No I'm not very happy for my first time ever ordering from them I kept my kids kept the receipts I was gone for the weekend and because I ordered on the 12th and it's a couple of days later they're not going to honor my complaints because I was away and my kids didn't want to make the complaint and the Very guy that answered the phone was very very very very freaking rude to me he had no customer service whatsoever and my pizza was soggy full of straight oil on the bottom like literally you picked it up I have pictures I'm going to post as well read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I think I would. This place is brand new and I understand that there are bound to be some adjustment issues or growing pains. I understand if you can't accept debit or credit as payment methods yet. But it would have been better to know that before placing my order. Because there was no nearby branch of my bank, my order was $3 more expensive than it should have been. The pizza toppings were not distributed correctly (on the whole pie instead of only on half, and under the cheese instead of on top, as we had requested). The "crispy" crust was as limp as a cooked noodle, and the overall taste was oddly salty. I can only hope that in the future the experience improves, but I'll never need to know, because that's the last time I'll visit this place. read more

The stars don't lie, I'm a fan! This is my families new go-to pizza place. Whether we walk-in, order pick-up or get delivery, it's always hot and crispy. Different to other places, they don't skimp out on toppings and have a great, unique sauce! My one complaint: they are Italian and don't speak English very well, so ordering over the phone has proven tricky. We try to do half-toppings every now and then because I'm the only one who likes pineapple and so far 50% of the half-and-half order have been completely wrong. The only good thing about those mistakes was that we got more toppings than we paid for and that we all liked. Yesterday we got their wings for the first time. SO GOOD. Not the biggest, but definitely in competition with local wing places like sneakers and tom & jerry for size. Above all they were really well cooked. They were lightly battered and fired with the sauce served on the side (for delivery). Which means they were crispy once we put the sauce on. They also gave so much sauce and they were finger-licking good! Will definitely get the wings again. read more

This is my new favourite pizza place in Newmarket! The pizza is perfect every time. The garlic bread is sooo good and I almost always order it with my pizza. Their staff and service is friendly and fast. My only minor complaint is that I do wish that they would put a piece of parchment paper in between their garlic bread with cheese so that the cheese does not end up on one side of the bread. Update (Oct 27/17): The last time I ordered from Cocelli was a couple of months ago. When I asked if they could add the parchment paper to the garlic bread, I was told they don't do that anymore. That's unfortunate. Who wants to eat a loaf of French bread which is glued together with cheese? If they won't take constructive criticism to improve their offerings, sadly, I won't order that item any longer. read more

Great Pizza and fantastic service! Was running through the plaza on route to an appointment and thought I would give this new spot a try. Happy I did. Probably the freshest pizza crust and ingredients I've had in a long time. Has a great family run feel to it as well. CREDIT CARD worked fine for me. Horrible service. My family and I have been regulars since they opened the store and plenty of times our orders are made sloppy or the workers simply don't take the orders seriously. The food is simply average. If you get your food right the first time, be very thankful and consider yourself lucky. I hate to sound entitled but when we are paying $60+ on our family orders the least we expect is a decent job. All we got was a bad attitude, poorly made food, forgotten drinks (2 orders in a row) and an absolute ****head of a delivery boy that said he was "doing us a favor" and that we "shouldn't complain" when we just wanted what was advertised, and what we paid for. Picked up one of their wings and pizza specials today to take home for my family. My whole family totally enjoyed the pizza. The toppings were not sparse compared to other pizza joints and the flavor was spot on!! The wings were Krispy and perfectly done! The young lady that served me was excellent ! The pizza is fantastic. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because they don't adhere to their own business hours. I've been here several times at 11 and even 11:20 on my lunch break only to find out that they're still closed! Greasy mess! Food made me feel sick to my stomach, when the restaurant can't even make a proper sandwich you know they're not gonna last. Poutine was soggy and tasted like it was from the grocery store (it probably was) the sandwich had hard thin "steak" that was missing half of it too and the bread was greasy and soggy on the inside. The onion rings had the thinnest slices of onion I've seen in my life and I could barely taste it in fact it was just deep fried batter and grease! The pizza there was some of the most uninspired looking things I've seen all year and was pretty old and sad looking. The wings looked like they belong to microscopic chickens the wings were so small it was literally half the size of my finger, with runny and greasy sauce that didn't stick to meat all and just went to the bottom to sog up that even more. Overall there are much, much better options out there in that location and I couldn't see this place lasting anymore than a year. Not to mention the prices were somewhat expensive too considering the quality of the food and if I had a choice I'd rather starve for the night than risk eating that abomination meal or just eat literally anywhere else, I'd seen more love in mcdonalds burgers than from anything they put on my plate tonight. read more

Great pizzeria!!! We just found this place here in Newmarket and decided to give it a try. Had a pizza as well as a panzerotto and both were absolutely delicious. Pizza crust was thin and very tasty, and though I usually leave the edge of the crust this one was so good I had to eat the whole thing. Toppings were fresh and very flavourful. The panzerotto was great as well. They give you the option to bake or deep fry it, which is nice, and we went for the deep fried one (always tastes best). Great pizza. TERRIBLE customer service. My husband and I must be suckers. Every other time we order, they get it wrong, but we keep going back because WHEN it's right, it's delicious. After tonight, however, we are finished with them. Getting yelled at by the chef, Frank, telling me I was wrong was the deal breaker for us. Oh, and being put on hold for 10 minutes while they argue about how they're going to "fix" the problem. Result: they won't make it right. Apparently I'm wrong. No new pizza for us tonight. We have to eat the wrong one. Frank is an arrogant, disrespectful, pompous a**. You can look forward to a write up with the Better Business Bureau, Cocelli.
