So for many years we have ordered from this establishment and we loved it but we recently ordered a pizza and boy were we really disappointed. The dough wasn't the Same the toppings were flavourless and the cook on the pizza was not up to par so u guess we have to find another place to order from or I will start making my own pizza because I truly believe I could do a better job sorry pizza house. This is the oak ridges pizza place! Much better than a lot of the chain places. They have a small seating area with a TV but I primarily order take out there (they also have delivery). It's seems "old school" with the signage but the menus are actually prominently displayed with flat screen monitors-kind of neat. The pizza is quite good with decent quantity of ingredients and a good tasting medium crust. I've ordered many pizzas here and they are batting 1000 with no burnt pizzas served to me. This place used to have the best takeout pizza. It looks like it has changed ownership and unfortunately so has the quality of the pizza. We tried again today and the pizza was tough, overcooked and they skimped on the toppings. Oh well. I love small pizzerias, especially small local pizzerias. Something about eating delicious food from a non-chain restaurant makes me extremely happy. It always makes me feel like I have eaten something made from scratch as opposed to eating food made from building kits. This place was no exception. Oak ridges pizza has a tasty crust that's not too thick or too thin. Sauce is just perfect in terms of pie to sauce ratio. A delicious amount of cheese tops it off with a small topping of pepperoni. I enjoyed every bite. I had nothing to complain about except that I only ordered a medium! We also had wings on the side which I would probably omit from ordering next time as they were a bit on the drier side. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back! read more

Oak Ridges lost its best pizza place years ago when Pepinos's closed its doors due to unfortunate circumstances. There was a brief time when we had to resort to mediocre chain pizza. It was a bleak time. A time we don't speak of lightly here in the Oaks. Thankfully, Pizza House is here and it is amazing pizza. The quality of the ingredients, the perfect consistency of the crust, and, if you try hard enough, you can also taste the love they put into it. I ordered an extra large pizza a few days ago and have happily eaten pizza for the last three days. It's good hot, it's good cold. It's good is what I'm saying. Really really good. Have to say, this place had fast service with a delicious gluten free selection. I'm usually a little hesitant because most gluten free pizza offered by restaurants is pretty bland and dry, but this place had a great one at a very reasonable price. The guy taking the orders has trouble with English. I orders a couple of pizzas for pickup. After I got there I discovered one had pepperoni on it which we didn't ask for. When I told him I didn't ask for pepperoni he kept arguing that I had and that he wrote it down. Then he showed me this ridiculous piece of paper with random letters of the alphabet on it (m, g, p, ol, h,...) he kept pointing at "p" and saying look you told me pepperoni! I told him I asked for green pepper not pepperoni and he gave me a look as though I was lying to him. I told him: never mind, and walked out. I will never spend my money at this place ever again.
