One thing to keep in mind is that they don't allow outside drinks. Our server politely informed us that my daughter couldn't have her Gatorade inside the restaurant. It wasn't a huge deal, but I wish there was a little more flexibility for families with young kids. The other reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the seasoning. While the food was good, I felt it needed a little more flavor. Maybe our taste buds in the U.S. are just used to stronger seasoning, but I found myself wishing for a bit more salt and seasoning to really make the dishes pop. Overall, the food quality is excellent, the complimentary fruit and dessert were a nice touch, and I can definitely see why this place is so popular. A professional response would have acknowledged the concerns or explained how they planned to address them. Instead, the dismissive reply speaks volumes about how customer feedback is valued here.
