The repair on my truck was not extensive but it took forever. I kept calling and getting different excuses and at one point the lady told me they were using aftermarket parts that didn't line up the same and they were having to make them fit. I noticed the flaws in the repair immediately but I was so ready to have my truck after 3 months that I took it anyway. I had to bring it back within a couple of days because the panel they replaced was creaking terribly. They did something that fixed it for about a day and right back to creaking. All of the parts they replaced started rusting within a month. I wish I read the reviews before using cockrels because I am very disappointed and have to have the repair redone by a different shop. read more

I do not recommend this place to go to get work done on your car. I had a mustang that only needed the bumpers fix and painting. It worked when I drove it up there and after 2 weeks of waiting on my car I went there for them to say it's not working. To find out they took the tracker out the car without our consent. I got in a wreck 04/19/18, which was 3 weeks and 1 day ago. First off, not one service guy has called me to update me on the status of my car even though they said they would. I have had to call every single time. I was very patient. I finally called Monday, 05/07/18 to check the status on my car. The service guy told me my car should be ready by Wednesday and I was fine with that. Wednesday rolls around and no one has called. I call that afternoon and another service guy apologizes and tells me that there was a car exactly like mine and I was given the wrong information. He told me that it will be ready Friday. Today is Friday. I decided to call this morning to get the status on my car. They then tell me that they had to order another part and it would be a couple more days. He then tells me that this is why I should've rented a car and that they had to eat $54 dollars for 2 day freight?! Cockrell's service needs some work and I wouldn't recommend leaving your car with them. read more

They have the nicest staff. The service was supreme. I went in for an estimate from an accident and was treated like a queen. I got a rental immediately from another company that they arranged for me. I was assisted in removing all my needed items from my van including a babyseat that was a real issue to get out. I was offered a drink while I waited for my pick up from the rental company. Sweet and caring front office staff and the Shop manager himself spoke to me and took care of my issues. Got immediate service. I was well informed by the staff about the estimated time till my van was fixed. Received updated texts and messages about my van. Could not have asked for better people or service. I definitely recommend this company for any and all body work. They did an excellent job on my van. read more

WARNING... Not the same service as back in the day!!! First it took 8 weeks to fix my car for damages I was told amounts to $2000.00. Each time I was given a pick up date I would call to verify completion and would be told maybe, or probably it would be ready the next week. Like I stated earlier this went on for 8 weeks. It was only when I complained of the length of time it was take that it appeared things were moving. But wait it get's worse, did I mention I lived two states over and would plan to come down to pick up my car after being told it was ready only to find out the day of pick up that the car was not ready and no one act like they knew what the status of my car and came up with more excuses. Finally I get my dad to pick my car up when it was ready only to discover my tags were missing. When I call Cockrells and spoke to Lee he tells me that their weren't any tags on the car from the beginning. LIES...I just renewed my car tag a month before the incident happened to my car. Also have pictures sent from my insurance company of damages and the tags are on the car. Please do not leave your car with Cockrells, it takes to long, no follow up or follow through and just lier's. read more
